Trump: Arrest Wray, Garland, 'And Many Others' for Mar-a-Lago Raid

President Donald Trump late Tuesday night railed against the 2022 raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate, calling the FBI's action an "unreasonable search and seizure" and agreeing with a follower's social media post calling for the arrests of former FBI Director Christopher Wray and former Attorney General Merrick Garland.

"Unreasonable Search and Seizure!!! That was the FBI's CRIMINAL RAID on Mar-a-Lago. This can never be allowed to happen again!!!," Trump posted on Truth Social.

And when a follower under the name of @Jay_Anthony45 said that "Someone should be arrested. Wray & Garland," Trump responded, "and many others!!!"

Earlier on Tuesday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, released newly declassified emails that showed FBI agents didn't believe they had the authority to raid Trump's property in Florida in August 2022, but were pressured to take action by then-President Joe Biden's Justice Department.

"Received shocking new docs today from DOJ & FBI showing FBI DID NOT BELIEVE IT HAD PROBABLE CAUSE to raid Pres Trump's Mar-a-Lago home but Biden DOJ pushed for it anyway," Grassley said in a post on X Tuesday. "Based on the records Mar-a-Lago raid was a miscarriage of justice."

He also posted communications that had taken place between the FBI and Justice Department officials in the weeks before the raid, dated from June 2022 through shortly before the raid, which took place on Aug. 8, 2022.

In the documentation, the FBI's Washington Field Office, referred to as "WFO," said that it "does not believe" that "we have established probable cause for the search warrant for classified records" at Mar-a-Lago.

FBI Director Kash Patel on Tuesday confirmed reports that the raid took place despite internal concerns that probable cause for the search warrant had not been established.

WRONG!

For example, the FISA judges signed off on the FIB's spying on Trump along with other things but it's STILL ON THE FIB FOR LYING TO THE FISA JUDGES because the FIB KNEW the DOSSIER was FAKE.

An affidavit is discoverable. It has to stand for eternity.

What does the dossier have to do with the Mar-A-Lago raid? Two totally separate attacks on Trump.

Trump will need to replace most of what is left in the DOJ if he wants to see any of these people "brought to justice."

That requires a supposedly Republican-dominated Senate to go into recess and allow Trump to make the necessary recess appointments. Or it requires the Senate to eliminate the filibuster as a means of blocking such appointments.

Likewise, most of the FBI and Secret Service agents must be replaced. That is well over 6,000 people who need to go.

It is not happening.

Bondi and Kash have been defeated by the bureaucracies over which they are supposed to be in charge. DOJ and FBI are still insubordinate to executive authority and resisting directions from the Trump administration.

The Trump posts on social media have entertainment value. The cuts to USAID were a great success. Further cuts are needed to the maze of NGO's that keep backing Democrat programs. There are enormous amounts of fraud in SNAP, Medicaid, and Student Loan programs that must be cut. There is fraud in the Social Security system. The entire Health Insurance industry is based on fraud and misdirection and black-letter violations of existing laws

There is enough fraud, that if cut, would eliminate the Federal deficit without any raise in taxes.

A little help from the Republican Congress is needed here. It is not coming.

We might criticize Bondi, and Kash Patel, and even President Trump. But the biggest failures are with the Republican Congressional leaders, who are obstructing the Trump administration. This is not due to incompetence. It is malicious intent.

The Grift must flow.

The affidavit should be a public record. And if you can show someone knowingly lied in an affidavit that is perjury. You sign a PC affidavit under oath. My bet is they were too slick for this. They probably made some vague accusations they knew this judge would rubber stamp.

The sworn affidavit is considered a public record.
That’s what I meant by discoverable.
Without any doubt, we know Trump’s legal team has been all over the ‘probable cause’ issue.
I haven’t read it myself, so I don’t know what the FBI thought they had on Trump.
I know from experience that on appeal, the verbiage on that affidavit can come back to haunt you.

Any replacement will do the same before they’d be up against the same brick wall of judges

The actual agents who did the raid, also. Remember, don’t follow illegal orders, so the rats say!

“ Sadly, Bondi and Kash have No taste or guts for that.”

Step 1 is to get your prosecutors and DOJ staff in place. Democrats and Thune have successfully blocked those appointments for nearly a year now.

Republican failure to go into recess will ultimately let DC criminals go free, by blocking recess appointments into key law enforcement positions.

Notice Biden enjoyed wide bipartisan suppport for getting all of his goons in place.

Mar-a-Lago? How about for letting 18000 terrorists into the country along with millions of illegals? How about 2020 vote fraud? How about Medicaid/USAID fraud?

There should be hundreds of indictments every day from now until the midterms.

There is either going to be law and order or there is not….what is it going to be?

The BOGUS Dossier is just another example where the FIB PROVIDED KNOWINGLY FALSE EVIDENCE TO JUDGES in order to obtain warrants.

That is a crime committed by the FIB, not the judges. Therefore, ARREST those who submitted KNOWINGLY FALSE EVIDENCE.

With Pam Bondi as Attorney General, it ain’t happening. She has had double the amount of time needed to ascertain what she will do. Nothing.

""unreasonable search and seizure""

Could there be any more probable cause for the Dept. of Justice to have a case(s) and to take decisive action?? It's unprecedented, so more power to them!
