The 2025 MAGA Fracture and the Benefactors Behind It
Conservative Treehouse ^

Posted on 11/12/2025 9:40:20 AM PST by Tench_Coxe

On March 3rd through March 6th 2016, the Republican presidential primary was at the precipice of a key inflection point (Super Tuesday) when a large group of political leadership, tech titans, bankers and political influence agents assembled at the AEI summit in Sea Island, Georgia.

(snip)

In 2016 the agenda of the group, though they gently denied it at the time, was to figure out a way to remove the disruption Donald Trump represented from the business model of DC politics. The Sea Island confab discussed how to stop him, or at the very least manage the potential damage he could deliver to the system – specifically, to the Republican wing of the UniParty apparatus.

Here in 2025, we are currently witnessing an outcome of activity from essentially the same group. For this phase, the intention is to fracture the baseline of support that underpins President Trump’s movement; what is reasonably called MAGA and the America-First movement.

What follows below is a review that might help people understand what exactly is behind the various pressure narratives we see being introduced into this narrative operation. The attacks against Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, various iterations of Qatar vs Israel as espoused by voices like Mark Levin, the claims of antisemitism shouted against any voice that doesn’t put the interests of the Israeli government at the forefront, and the various alignments therein.

In 2028 primary season there will and must be division.

In 2026 we should be unified.

Everything has its time and place.

A lot of assertions, and frankly, speculation, as to what happened at Sea Island, and who owns whom. Vance might owe his senate seat to Thiel, but he also owes it to Trump himself. Musk made noise out loud that Trump "owed" his for the presidency, but Trump is in, and he owes all of us, and what all of us asked was for his to be Trump, and enact his policies.

The article states that Republicans and Democrats worked together to eliminate the Tea Party, and Republicans were more than willing to lose elections to stop Tea Party supported candidates from winning. .

Actually, the truth is even more sinister. The WORST Republicans were happy to pose as Tea Party candidates. I lived in IL-16, when Kinzinger ran as a TEA PARTY candidate against the decent, true midwest conservative Don Manzullo. He wasn't phony enough to claim Tea Party status, but he was the best vote Illinois had at the time in congress. Kinzinger overwhelmed with misleading glossy advetising and lies about his plans, and Manzullo went down. Kinzinger is gone, too, but he is still a PITA. If the Establishment 'pubbies ever get back in, he will have a seat at the table.

When Trump was saying in 2016....”America First”, “No wars”, “drain the swamp”, “Lock her up”, “mass deportations”, “the false song of globalism”, etc....

Republicans fell into 2 groups. Those who loved that message and the “never Trumpers”.

Now that he is doing the bidding of Israel, fighting and funding more wars, covering up the Epstein scandal, allowing the past Deep State crimes to go unpunished, only deporting the worst criminals (or those critical of Israel), etc....

...we still have 2 groups. The former “never Trumpers” like Levin, Shapiro, etc... are singing his praises while the people who supported his message in 2016 are rebelling.

And coming in at #1: Donald Trump. Rush himself said it: Only Trump can kill MAGA.

How Tech Billionaires Are Building a Post-Democratic America — And Why Europe Is Next

The Contract That Changed Everything

In late July 2025, deep within the Pentagon’s bureaucratic machinery, the U.S. Army quietly signed away a piece of its sovereignty.

A ten-billion-dollar contract with Palantir Technologies — one of the largest in the Department of Defense’s history—was framed as a move toward “efficiency.”

It consolidated seventy-five procurement agreements into a single contract.

A strategic handover of core military functions to a private company whose founder, Peter Thiel, has declared that “freedom and democracy are no longer compatible.”

Under the banner of "patriotic tech", this new bloc is building the infrastructure of control—clouds, AI, finance, drones, satellites—an integrated system we call the Authoritarian Stack. It is faster, ideological, and fully privatized: a regime where corporate boards, not public law, set the rules.

Silicon Valley isn’t building apps anymore.

It’s building empires.

To understand why this capture is happening so rapidly, follow the personnel. The revolving door no longer spins between government and industry — it locks them together into a new architecture of power.

This goes further—commissioning Silicon Valley executives directly into military ranks. In June 2025, four tech executives were sworn in as lieutenant colonels: The line between contractor and commander has been erased.

Unlike old authoritarianism built on fear and force, this new system rules through code, capital, and infrastructure — making resistance feel architecturally impossible.

It’s a self-reinforcing loop:

Ideology fuels venture capital → capital captures the state → the state feeds the same private systems that built it. A new model of power — privatized sovereignty.

Each layer reinforces the others. Ideology justifies investment. Investment captures state power. State power secures contracts. Contracts build infrastructure. Infrastructure becomes indispensable. Indispensability generates returns. Returns fund more ideology.

The Stack: Five Domains of Privatized Sovereignty

Critical state infrastructures are being privatized across five domains—data, defense, space, energy, and money—the foundations of democratic power. These domains form the architecture of privatized sovereignty: a technological regime where power flows through laws, infrastructure and automated platforms.

The Infrastructure of Control

Silicon Valley’s Authoritarian Tech Right is not theorizing this world. They are already building it. The pipelines are operational. The feedback loops are functioning. The sovereignty transfers are completing.

Democracy persists as a legacy interface— maintained for stability, while being systematically hollowed out and replaced.

This point can't be emphasized enough:

This effort to split the MAGA base, using Israel or (insert_next_thing_here) as a wedge issue within the America First movement – only benefits one larger apparatus, the Sea Island billionaire control system.

No. I supported Cruz in the 2016 primaries because I didn’t trust that Trump was on our side but as soon as Trump won the nomination, I became an “Always Trumper”.

I have supported Trump ever since.

I was VERY concerned by some aspects of the 2024 campaign and convention and publicly said so but I supported and voted for Trump.

My fears have come to be realized.

Wow, I just spent 15 minutes reading that and “sundance” says absolutely nothing of value to understanding the current rift in the GOP over Fuentes, Carlson and Owens.

The Republicans in NC are indeed divided. Half are MAGA and the other half (disciples of Thom Tillis) want to keep their hands in the green energy cookie jar. The outlook for NC isn’t good.

The attacks against Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, various iterations of Qatar vs Israel as espoused by voices like Mark Levin, the claims of antisemitism shouted against any voice that doesn’t put the interests of the Israeli government at the forefront, and the various alignments therein.

Of course...that must be it - can't be giving softball interviews and legitimacy to those who very openly praises people like Adolph Hitler and the like, could it?

Nor things like this:

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4348256/posts
Candace Owens made her boldest claim yet about her former friend Charlie Kirk's assassination in a video posted online Wednesday. After weeks of spewing conspiracy theories about the assassination, Owens now appears to be explicitly blaming President Donald Trump and members of his administration for Kirk's murder. 'He gave so much of his life to Trump and to politics, and they were just like NOPE. That's it,' Owens said. 'So here's a holiday. What is with them giving them a holiday after they kill them? As soon as they give you a holiday, they definitely killed you. There's no question - they killed you.' After being snubbed from speaking at Kirk's memorial in Arizona last month, Owens stated that the memorial event, attended by nearly 100,000 people, was 'being controlled by the White House. 'Why would I be invited by anyone in Trump's Zionist administration, as I am speaking about the topics that I am speaking... It's common sense they're not going to allow me to share the stage,' Owens added at the time.

Or this:

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4346100/posts
Candace Owens doesn’t agree with Trump getting a Nobel Peace Prize because the people of Gaza are in danger. She said : "And Trump wants a Nobel Peace Prize, by the way. For the planned ethnic cleansing so that they could profit on land and turn it into a beach town. So let me say this. This is our never again, okay? This is a Holocaust. A Holocaust just happened. A real Holocaust just happened. We will never forget this. You need to tell your children what happened in Gaza. You can tell them exactly who did it, exactly whose families were involved in this. And when you hear in the future, somebody tell you like, we're going to Gaza beach for a vacation. You need to look at them like they are the absolute vermin of our society because they are, they are. Their children will be cursed, okay? If you go and you play in the sand where you know that your forefathers planned to mass murder children, you will be cursed. Every person who steps foot on that, every family that is set to inherit what they did, they will be cursed. Your children's children will be cursed. Gaza belongs to nobody but the Palestinians. So when you begin to move the Israelis in there and when Trump Hotel gets built on there, I caution the rest of the world: stay far away from that cursed land. Because something is coming. You can't commit that much evil in broad daylight and not think it's gonna come back to haunt you. Anyways."

Or this:

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/4351202/posts
Tucker Carlson mounted a full-throated defense of New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani (D) in Thursday morning’s edition of the former Fox News host’s newsletter. Under the sub-header, “Jews for Mamdani,” Carlson wrote the following: "You saw the campaign attacks against Zohran Mamdani. He’s a socialist! True. He’s a communist! Possibly true. He’s an antisemite! Wait, what? Is the incoming mayor a fan of Israel? Does he want America to fight its wars? Not particularly. But a Jew hater? That’s a different conversation. We’ve never seen anything to suggest he falls into that ugly camp. Because he doesn’t. He plainly said so yesterday, during his victory speech, and numerous times throughout the summer and fall. That didn’t stop the ethno-narcissists from slandering him as some sort of dark force plotting to install the Fourth Reich in America’s largest city."

or this:

------------------------------------------------------------

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4262726/posts
Carlson’s interview on Tuesday with alleged historian Darryl Cooper — like his interview in April with Reverend Munther Isaac, referenced in today’s flashbacks — was so much worse than merely glib or incurious.

Carlson chose to interview Cooper, whom he endorsed as “the best and most honest popular historian in the United States” to learn exactly how World War II didn’t happen. According to Cooper — and Carlson nodded along the entire time — Winston Churchill was perhaps “the chief villain of the Second World War” and “primarily responsible for that war becoming what it did.”

It’s true that Hitler did not want or expect Britain to fight. He wanted Britain to acquiesce to German dominance of Europe from the Urals to Gibraltar and subsume the UK to Nazi interests. This is all a matter of historical record. Britain could fight or submit — that was Hitler’s choice, not Churchill’s.

FLASHBACK: Carlson chose to interview Isaac to find out how the Jewish State of Israel treats Christians. Isaac is a priest who neither lives nor works in Israel and who uses the loaded phrase “Occupied Palestine” as his location on his Twitter/X profile. He is a Palestinian Christian from Palestinian-controlled Bethlehem, where Christian ministers serve at the mercy of the Palestinian Authority.

This is more Tucker's speed - along with his segment on the "benefits" of tanning your testicles, which he aired 2 years ago.

He is way too **** retarded for anything serious, like foreign policy.

Yes - the criticisms of these fine patriots must be a deep state conspiracy - there's no way any reasonable thinking people could take issue with things like the above.

Over on You Tube at this very moment some British news outlet is releasing a ‘’bomb shell’’ report of three supposed e-mails between Trump, Epstein and other ‘’intermediaries’’ and it's supposed to be, if I understand this correctly a ‘’smoking gun’’ of Trump involvement with Epstein island or some such nonsense.

And all of this ‘’breaking news is being gleefully chirped by some snotty little Brit female ‘’pundit.

I could count on one hand the number of Britons I admire.

But as a whole I give zero two s**ts about about the Limeys. And less than what they think of us. We know where they are when they need us.
