Most of their [ANTIFA] funding comes from the US Government. Or at least it did. The funds were routed through a maze of "Non-Government Organizations" (NGOs) and charitable "foundations" which received federal grant money to support their nominally worthy causes. There were also foreign sources which conveyed large numbers of small credit card donations though "ACT BLUE" and similar campaign funding organizations. Those latter activities were all very unlawful.
Those sources are now drying up. ANTIFA and its' affiliates are in a "use it or lose it" position. They face the prospect of being unable to pay organizers or suppliers or travel expenses. Revolutionary activity does not come cheap. Whatever projects they have planned need to be activated soon.
Remember also that ANTIFA is basically a franchise operation, with each local group "independently owned and operated". They also use a bewildering number of affiliates with constantly changing names. Even they have trouble keeping track of them all.
Support from local Democrat politicians has always been a key to their successful projects.
Two years ago I personally challenged my state AG to go after the funders after AntiFa attacked the construction site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center in an organized operation in reinforced company strength (~250). They arrested close to 3 dozen, and they were from around the country, only a few locals. SOMEONE was paying them to be there.
He took me up and did go after some of the funders, but not nearly as vigorously and deeply as needed. Hopefully this time it will happen.

I don’t know. But... Could we enlist the help of Mossad to build us some antifa “equipment” incorporating their pagers ‘n walkie-talkies “secret sauce”, then put it in a trailer and drop it off in Portland near an antifa “peaceful protest”?

We can thank Bathhouse Barry for the proliferation of these groups. Remember ACORN? They didn’t go anywhere, they just morphed into this group.

A 3 a.m. raid on his compound in D.C. would probably net ton of R.I.C.O. evidence. I say do it.
