Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) shared a study that showed that left-wing terrorism had reached a “30-year high,” and criticized Democrats for using rhetoric such as “Hitler” or “fascist.”
In a post on X, Fetterman included a screenshot of an Axios article titled “Study: Left-wing terrorism climbs to 30-year high.” Fetterman noted that “political violence is always wrong,” and called for everyone to “turn the temperature down.”
“Unchecked extreme rhetoric, like labels as Hitler or fascist, will foment more extreme outcomes,” Fetterman said. […]
The CSIS “compiled and analyzed a data set of 750 domestic attacks and plots” that had occurred between January 1, 1994, and July 4, 2025. Researchers found that out of the attacks that occurred since 2016, “left-wing extremists” were responsible for more than 40 of those attacks, while right-wing extremists were responsible for 152 attacks “over the same period”. …

Has Fetterman about reached his Turning Point?
This guy has suffered some serious loss-of-oxygen-to-the-brain injuries and even HE gets it!?!?
That said, I want the Socialist Democrats to keep digging...all the way up to and through the mid-term elections.
If RINOs/republicans can’t clean house with ALL that has been going on, then all hope IS lost. :(
He’s making way too much sense to be a Democrat.
Why would you expect RINOs to do that? They are just as left-wing as their Democratic counterparts.

Socialists and communists have been using the same tactics for over a century. Invent as villain, such as capitalism or white privilege, turn themselves into victims, then use violence to overthrow that system and attain absolute power for themselves. Then things start getting really bad.

It’s not just the Rhetoric component.
It’s been a DOJ that has targeted conservatives for years and let the left wing nuts off without real consequences.
The combination of ‘cheap talk’, unchecked violence, and a legal system that has ‘disproportioned consequences’ has led us to the left wing nut frenzy we got now.
Trump isn’t going to back down, he has designated ANTIFA as terrorists and he’s going to their hometown for a showdown. Me thinks it’s going to get much worse before the left wing nuts realize that they must follow laws that they gladly impose on others.
What is disturbing to even consider that Fetterman could be in the process of grooming for a Presidential run. Hell, he won a seat in the Senate without being able to speak effectively.
I can’t put much past the American voter these days, even apart from Democrat cheating and subterfuge.
Well if the Whig Party is any indication...it can be done!

This is why we have all the whisper articles in Politico and The Hill from his staffers that he is mentally unfit for office. They are trying to get him out.
