Even if one grants the Guardian the presumption that they took his words in context, Attiah changed the quote the Guardian provided at the link she used as a reference... So she makes up quotes? Whoa - that'd bimbo level stuff..

Her job is to write accurate articles.
She didn't. I assume because she was lazy but it might have been because she has no pride in her work.
I bs on the interwebs. And I check things I am not sure about using primary sources because I do not like looking like a fool in public. Just did it the other day with a Churchill quote I was sure I knew. Yeah, I didn't. Close but no cigar.
She does not care and with her actions has thrown not only her work but the work of everyone at her paper in doubt.
Although, to be fair, it is the Washington < BLEEP>. So their work already is in doubt but her actions do not help.
So they decided to make a small sacrifice to try to regain their public credibility. Good luck with that.

If what Charlie said over the years was so horrible and divisive, why didn’t they report on those statements then? They wait until he’s gone and can’t defend himself to bring up those “quotes.” That leaves his TPUSA family to try to defend his words, except they’re in such shock and pain that they don’t have the strength to do it. It’s up to his supporters to try to set the record straight while exposing these evil journalists any way we can, mainly getting them fired for their egregious lies.
