This is REALLY bad…
Kash Patel just told the Nation by way of Fox News that the suspected Charlie Kirk shooter, Tyler Robinson, had a text message exchange with another person (not disclosed who) where he told them he had a chance to take out Charlie Kirk and he was going to do it.
If this is proven, then it seems to me that other person is complicit and should also be charged.

My job as FBI director is not to speak to motive, it’s to speak to the facts, and that’s what I’m going to do. His family has collectively told investigators that he subscribed to left-wing ideology and even more so in these last couple of years.
And he, uh, had a text message exchange, he, the suspect, with another individual, in which he claimed that he had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and he was going to do it because of his hatred for what Charlie stood for.
That are, those are factually accurate, um, investigatory findings by the FBI that we’ve handed over to the local authorities and the federal authorities to make their prosecutorial decisions. But I believe in this instance of such public importance, the public has a right to know, and I’ve told you I’m committed to transparency and that’s what I’m doing here today.
Why didn’t, why didn’t that person that he was talking to, why didn’t that person say something? Um, you know, our investigation is ongoing. That’s a great question and, and we don’t have an answer on that just yet.

Question them separately, reminding them of the trouble they are in.
Get multiple cracks, and check out if the stories line up.
If outside organizations (e.g. antifa, big tranny, Soros fronts) get into the picture, expand the questioning.
Patel may not be able to give an answer, but my GUESS is that person thought he could get away with it.
Portray law enforcement as Keystone Cops and suffer the consequences.

When information is withheld imagination runs rampant.
I am glad that they are making progress in the investigation but Kash Patel needs to keep quiet. We don’t need a blow by blow of every piece of evidence as he gets it, especially if it may compromise the investigation.
