The FBI confirmed Monday morning DNA samples found at the spot where Charlie Kirk’s assassin hid positively match the suspect now in custody, Tyler Robinson.
FBI Director Kash Patel made the revelation on Fox & Friends. He confirmed DNA matching alleged assassin Robinson, 22, was found on a towel that covered the murder weapon when it was thrown away in nearby woods.
A screwdriver found in the sniper’s position on the UVU rooftop also returned a positive match.

Only the FBI can do DNA analysis. Thank God they are on the job. Heros!
I’m not really thinking along the conspiracy lines here, but I have seen people who think this is a little too perfect. I am reminded of a Jack Reacher story in which somebody is framed for a sniper attack. The police find perfect evidence of the guy who is to be framed. You want DNA? They find DNA. You want a fingerprint? They find a fingerprint. You want a parking receipt? They find a parking receipt. Over and over. Perfect evidence stacks up — almost like it was all planted by somebody.
I figure the the guy in jail is almost certainly the shooter. But I’m not used to seeing such perfect police work by the FBI.
Who were the assassins online conspirators?
🙄 So Kash is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t
Can somebody reconcile for me the photos I saw of this man escaping down the roof with a bag too small to contain even a broken down Mauser with a 30-06 barrel?
And when did he have time to break it down, anyway?
And did they find the rifle reassembled in the bushes wrapped in a towel?
There are what appear to me some serious inconsistencies.

That’s not what I saw
Ok. We have the evidence, now execute him. Utah has firing squad. Get a single sniper to take a shot at the exact same spot as Charlie’s from 200 yards away.
That is the $64,000 question!
I’m still waiting for an explanation on how the alleged killer jumped off the roof looking like he had no rifle, but somehow a fully assembled rifle was found in the woods. How does that work? Is it possible that the guy is a patsy, and someone else did the shooting?
This guy is going to stand in front of a firing squad.
Poetic justice.
“””Only the FBI can do DNA analysis. Thank God they are on the job. Heros!””””
I believe every state has a crime lab that does DNA analysis.
Are the local police also doing test?
DNA only proves was on the roof. What about:
1) DNA from the rifle and casings
2) ballistics matching slug to gun
3) autopsy for entry point and path of slug
4) facial recognition of suspect to stairwell photos
5) social media foreknowledge
He likely dropped the rifle first, then followed.
“🙄 So Kash is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t”
Right. It pays to be skeptical, but some murderers are just not skilled in all aspects of being a successful criminal.
If this is true then they probably have the shooter but there are still lots of conspirators out there.
It is good to be skeptical wherever the Government is involved....................
I’m not slamming Kash. I’m not even slamming any FBI agents. But there has already been evidence that some agents have not behaved well on this case. Remember that Kash quickly announced the suspect was in custody? FBI agents told Kash that, so he announced it. I don’t blame him. But the agents were wrong, and Kash had to “walk it back”. I think he got a little screwed by his own agents there.
Do I really think that the Deep State has planted an abundance of perfect evidence to pin this on Tyler Robinson while the real professional sniper escapes? Not really. That’s not my current position. But I don’t trust the average FBI agent.
The next things for the FBI to release are the frames from the video of Robinson dropping from the roof.
There has been a lot of chatter on FR as to whether or not Robinson had a rifle when he dropped from the roof.
I was listening to Steve Bannon this morning and he wanted more definitive proof.
