While everyone was focused on Charlie Kirk’s assassination this Democrat judge in North Carolina ordered Iryna Zarutka’s murderer Decarlos Brown to be released from prison.
They are trying to make sure he doesn’t even go to trial and is set free.

I think I saw a post yesterday that Trump is considering grabbing this case from NC and trying it in a Federal court. IIRC, his justification / reasoning is that it occurred on “public” transit.
I was doubtful that he could pull it off, but the FBI has become involved in the Kirk case, so who knows?
You knew they were doing to do this.
Has the powers to be put police on the trains?
Has the local government condemned this crime and pledged to prevent future crimes on the train?
Has the train authorities start searching passengers before boarding like the TAS?

Let us even assume once inside that psych ward he will actually be “ detained” - But he won’t be cuffed. Won’t be in jail. Won’t be behind bars. He WILL BE fed, coddled, nurtured and “mentally supported”. In air-conditioned and well-warmed hospitality and well-entertained. Might even be kept behind closed doors.
Then he will be released. Back to the streets.
I wonder how many times this mutant has been involuntarily papered, then released.

I’ll summarize all this as NC law is close to my home state’s competency laws. I’m a former prosecutor and public defender and bottom line the situation is this. If the defendant is determined to be incompetent, that is lacking the ability to understand and appreciate the nature of the charges and consequences thereof, or is sufficiently mentally ill so that he cannot assist his counsel in his defense, he cannot stand trial until he does. He will then undergo treatment to restore competency. If it’s determined he cannot obtain competence with treatment, he cannot ever stand trial and the charges are dismissed. If it’s determined by the court that the defendant poses a threat to himself or others, he cannot ever stand be civically committed until it is determined he is no longer a threat to himself or others. This cat, if determined unable to obtain competence may well one day be walking the streets again. There are 10s of thousands of these type folks in the US and they are in the streets of every city and town in America. Many are ticking time bombs and there is nothing we can do to stop them. It is a terrifying situation. I’ve seen it happen over and over again.

The passengers who helped Iryna needed to stay as quiet as possible until the killer left the train, or they risked upsetting the crazy maniac, who might’ve started slashing more people. I think that’s what most of you don’t understand.

1) Ever notice (by way of comparison) that EVERY LAST SINGLE FRICKING lawfare case against Trump, was "randomly" assigned to a hostile judge?
2) This subhuman slime has already been released 14 times. They're obviously planning to say "oh poor thing, he's not responsible" so they can give him a slap on the wrist.
The only reason they're even doing this much, is because the video got out to the public after two weeks. The city council (mostly women) voted against releasing the video: taking an hour off for a literal F'ing *CAKE PARTY* in the middle of the meeting.
3) Notice how the white kid stabbed to death by being stabbed in the heart, by the black kid, never had the video of his death released? And the police confiscated everyone's cell phone? There is a war of *literal* white genocide going on.
