While everyone was focused on Charlie Kirk’s assassination this Democrat judge in North Carolina ordered Iryna Zarutka’s murderer Decarlos Brown to be released from prison.
They are trying to make sure he doesn’t even go to trial and is set free.

In California for example they just voted to make it against the law for ICE agents to wear masks. The plain intent here is to make it easier for enemies of the nation to harass and kill the agents and their wives and children, which is why agents in similar situations around the world wear masks to protect their identity. The legislature should be dissolved, academic and media and other leaders in the insurrection arrested, and new elections held. It might result in more hate-filled nutcases in office, but the process can be repeated until they run out of insurrectionist leaders.
After the initial shock 90% of the ordinary brainwashed left will see the hope and relief and normalcy in liberated areas, and with insurrectionist indoctrinators and influencers in prison they will slowly start to heal from their brainwashing, much as the masses in Germany slowly came to grips with their delusions imposed by the Nazi regime propagandists.

They sent him to a secure hospital mental unit for evaluation, prior to appearing in court. That’s a standard court-ordered procedure for anyone who has been diagnosed with mental illness, and been charged with a heinous crime. In New York State, Central NY Psychiatric Center is a secured prison for jail inmates and prison inmates who are sent there when they have been deemed psychotic, or acted-out during incarceration. Mental health evaluations are used in court to either establish or disprove a person’s ability to understand the charges brought against them. David Berkowitz was sent to CNYPC in 1978 while he was being held downstate prior to his trial. He’s only one of many.
Probably 70% of people charged with murder have mental issues, but they breeze right past them.
In the Idaho College case (4 stabbing) he has Autism, a movement disorder, and something else (like Asperger’s) diagnosed before the crimes. Nobody much cares.
We have a man on the Train that changed his Hoodie, used the back of his hand on the Door so as not to leave fingerprints and said he got the White Girl. Not to mention killing with quick, precise blows.

My "spidey sense" tells me that the request to charge his cell phone was simply a ruse to get in.
No adult seriously expects to be let in by strangers in order to, e.g., use the bathroom, or charge a phone. It was a simple ploy.

This is the judge dotting the “I” and crossing the “T” so that a reversible error is not produced. Plus, there is the verdict of “guilty, but mentally insane”. Which means you’re in a secure psych facility until you’re competent. THEN you go to prison. I’ve also seen the inside of correctional psychiatric units and the difference between that and a regular prison is purely academic.

I worked with criminally insane for years. In some ways it’s worse than prison and none of his other pts will be much better. Some have lock down rooms within locked units behind a Sally Port replete with guatds and razor wire.
