There is a reason for releasing mad men on the public.
It reminds me of 1989, Pat Purdy in California. Released seven times from mental institutions, the last time he was allowed to buy a rifle and handgun over the counter, passing the waiting period and background checks.
He then went and shot up the Stockton School yard killing several students and himself.
A real bad gun control bill, shelved, was suddenly pulled out and passed before opposition could be mounted against it.
This is a very misleading report. He remains in custody, but has been moved to a psych facility for testing and evaluation.
Yeah, the murdercRATs have been at it for a while.

While this isn’t Fake News, it’s certainly misleading. The Judge did not “release” the defendant. He ordered a competency evaluation to take place at a lockdown mental health facility in Butner, NC. This happens in virtually EVERY murder case. Defendants are RARELY found incompetent to stand trial, but the defense in a murder case will make the argument that this defendant is incompetent. Since this defendant will undoubtedly raise the insanity defense at trial (a lower standard to meet than competency to stand trial), this evaluation will assist the prosecutor, defense attorney, and the Court in handling this case. Respectfully, before you post something so incendiary (I’m sure the Judge is being doxed), you should do ten minutes of research. BTW—I’m a former prosecutor and MAGA.

I would bet he ends up with no trial because of insanity, remanded to institution, and in a couple of years deemed okay now, safe to be in public, and released. That is where this will go.
If Democrats want DeCarlos Brown freed, the Judge should HOUSE him at his house. This judge, if Conservatives were as DERANGED as Democrats, would be killed, but we’ll remove him by the ballot box...
The Democrats don't want him freed. He embarrassed them and damaged their messaging.
At any rate, he's been federally charged. Trust he will leave whatever form of incarceration he finds for himself in a box.

Yes this post is misleading. This guy is a homicidal maniac and likely needs to be locked up in a hospital for the criminally insane for the rest of his life.
There were four black men in her section:
One went to the front and called the police. We know that for sure from the videos.
One seated in the back was wearing headphones and looking down. He didn't seem to notice what happened.
One was staring ahead. Did he notice what happened? Who knows.
One seated behind the killer might've noticed something happened. Then, he stood by Iryna's seat. He probably didn't know what to do.
Note that the three white men were the first passengers after the door in front of her. They didn't seem to notice what happened, either.
But, 90 seconds after the attack, another young man started administering aid to her. He'd entered the car after the attack, and he and another man noticed the blood.
That photo in your post is taken out of context. While a few passengers tried to stop the bleeding, various people walked in and out of the frame. That person in the picture was one of them. Apparently, someone cropped out the people who were helping Iryna.

I don't care if he's crazy or not. I don't care about the killer.
I care about the victim, Iryna, and the innocent passengers, especially the ones who tried to help her.

NOT about all of the situation on the train, but my take on it.
I already told you I watched the entire LONG video.
I did not rely on any still frames for my overall opinion.
The fat black woman next to Iryna, even after the murderer had left, did nothing.
Neither did several other people in that same section.
Hint: I kind of think that when a person three or four feet from you is dying of a mortal wound, you might just notice something about their breathing or posture; you might notice the blood dripping from the hands of the assassin as he walked away.

You already said you watched the whole video. But you posted that picture. It is taken out of context.
Why have you said nothing about the men in front of her? They saw the blood droplets and did nothing.
You’re so sure the people behind the killer saw what happened. But the people in front of her would’ve had a better view.
But, if you ever had to ride a train or subway every day in a major city, you know all sorts of things happen, sometimes right near you, sometimes to you, and no one notices. Most passengers avoid eye contact because no one wants to set off the crazy maniacs who board the train.
We’re all heartbroken for this young woman. But we weren’t there. We really don’t know what we would’ve done.
Again, within 90 seconds, someone was administering aid to her. But, sadly, she could not be saved.
