Conspirators or federal agents?
The fedz BLEW UP THEIR OWN BUILDING, ON PURPOSE TO TRY TO MAKE A CASE FOR MORE CONTROL ON THE 2nd Amendment of The Constitution of the United States of America. Trying to put the blame on it being retribution for THE MURDER OF THE Branch Davidian’s at Mt. Carmel (what just about everyone calls Waco) for allegedly having a delivery of Live Grenades that were ACTUALLY DeMilled Grenades and Full Auto Weapons that were not. The last I heard was that the Alleged Full Auto Weapons were locked up in the TXDPS Vault in Austin with orders that they were to stay there with NO ACCESS BY ANYONE. The X-Rays showed WERE NOT FULL AUTO. And the Front Doors (that have more INCOMING Bullet Holes than OUTGOING Holes.) that were also there under the same orders.
Then there’s also the question of:
If the alleged truck bomb did ALL OF THE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING THEN WHY WAS THE HOLE IN THE STREET NOT OF SIMILAR SIZE/DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING ACROSS THE STREET ???

I don’t “make him a fed”. That’s the allegation in the article, the idea being that the feds are covering up the second man because he’s a fed.
I could see the feds doing this.
I have difficulty believing McVey would cover for a fed, unless threatened. I could see how he would cover for a non-fed.

What if McVeigh was a FBI or CIA agent? What if they arranged his death and he got a new identity?
