“ The Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building served as the local hub for several federal agencies whose jurisdiction covered Oklahoma City and the surrounding region. Agencies housed in the building included the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms; the Drug Enforcement Administration; the Secret Service; the Department of Housing and Urban Development; the Social Security Administration; U.S. Army and Marine Corps recruitment offices; the Veterans Administration; the General Accounting Office; the Department of Health and Human Services; the Department of Defense; the U.S. Customs Service; the Department of Agriculture; the Department of Transportation; and the General Services Administration, among others. The building itself represented federal presence in central Oklahoma and was the administrative base for multiple agencies serving the state and local communities.”

I could imagine corrupt agencies stashing them there to prevent discovery.
Same as Russian collusion docs.

Did they?

That’s what I asked.
