I also tried to scan through the entire thing and never saw him discuss evidence of what really was talked about on the tarmac did anyone see any such thing?

Let’s go back to that tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton. We all assumed that she was transmitting information regarding Hillary’s emails and her server investigation. That’s what we assumed. But as I told you at the time, we don’t have any proof of that. And they still don't. Sheesh, talk about a misleading headline.

“Statute of limitations eliminates charges for the most part “
The last time Brennan or anyone else involved in the conspiracy said one word about it, that continued the crime. So there’s no SOL from LAST WEEK.

Search for: “Well, let’s bring it back here at home. Here in Phoenix,” (don’t search with the “ marks)
That will give you 9 paragraph explanation about the beginning stage.
There is much more to follow, and another extension of this analysis is in next installment.
Oh how I remember Derr Hilderbeast, the Witch of Benghazi. I can even tell you when I first called her that.

That is about as helpful as a Nostradamus quatrain.

Statute of limitations eliminates charges for the most part, but I would imagine Trump’s legal team could crank up a $100-Billion damages on his reputation civil case, and list over 200 participants. I am told that the statute of limitations does not apply to a conspiracy, because every act of covering up the conspiracy constitutes a new violation, thereby continuously extending the statute of limitations.

I always thought the whole “Clinton e-mail server” controversy was a red herring designed to divert attention from the real issue at hand — by painting her as the one bad actor in a case where everyone in Washington was a culprit.
The FBI never prosecuted Clinton in the e-mail server case because there were no crimes involved. The secret server wasn’t designed to illegally transmit classified information. It was set up so that the State Department and CIA could secretly conduct their affairs in a way that gave everyone involved behind the scenes — mainly Obama and Congress — the cover they needed to lie about it in public and deny any knowledge of what was going on in places like Libya and Syria.

Peter Schweiser: Well, I think the big takeaway is that there actually was a conspiracy in government. I don’t mean conspiracy in the sense of conspiracy theory. I mean in the actual criminal legal term, conspiracy, in which you had private actors, individuals with commercial interests at stake like George Soros, working with elected and unelected government officials, working with deep state actors in the FBI to try to shape an American election.
cliff notes but it is better to just read the article for full flavor.

Every federal employee is given a folder of instructions on their first day of work.
That includes clear instructions concerning which communications are public, which are confidential and how all communications should be handled.
Hillary’s home brew server was a blatant violation of those instructions and an egregious violation of federal law—regardless of what was on that server.
Any other federal employee would still be serving hard time for pulling such a stunt.
