A suspect involved in over 30 previous criminal cases, including malicious wounding as well as assault charges, was released without bail by officials in Fairfax County, Virginia. Just days after being arrested earlier in July, he was taken into custody after being caught on camera picking up and carrying away a toddler in a mall.

Andres Caceres Jaldin, 26, was arrested at an Extended Stay hotel in Chantilly, Virginia on July 18 after being caught on camera taking the small girl, only to later be confronted by the girl's mother on the second level of the shopping mall, where the mother was able to get her child back. The suspect has previously been diagnosed with schizophrenia and left the mall in a stolen car, according to police.

Police records detail that Jaldin has been involved in dozens of criminal cases and has been charged with abduction of a minor and grand larceny after grabbing the child in the mall, per Fox 5. He is being held without bond at Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

I recommend every parent to put some kind of geolocation devise like an AirTag of on their child.

Some time you are going to lose you focus on your child, at home or away and they might wander away from where you last saw them.

It only takes a moment for someone to snatch them at a mall or in your yard.

If you have an AirTag hidden on them somewhere it might save their life.

Our grandson thinks it is great fun to walk away from us when out and about. We just can’t get it through his head that danger is always there.

At Fair Oaks Mall, the southwest side 2nd floor is at ground level, which would be the way out if he was parked on that side. How do I know? Occasionally I'm my daughters' "Uber" driver to that Mall.

Modern America needs to realize that these guys are plague carriers, their mental illness infects the child victims who survive the attacks, with many of them living shortened lives of a completely different trajectory than if they had not been brutally traumatized, and darkly changed lives and futures also apply to the parents and families of the primary victims.

Instead of dealing with the disease carrier himself we have built bureaucracies to deal with all the other mental and victim emotional wrecks that these mentally sick carriers infect and create, suspiciously, it is very similar to welfare, creating an ever expanding class of people that need to be served by well paid government employees.

Why do so many escape justice while others seem to feel the wrath over an unpaid parking fine? It makes no sense. Occam’s razor suggests he was released in order to keep the mayhem going. Some seem to want this running loose in society. Then the people will relinquish their freedom for protection from the criminal element.
