Hillary Clinton and two Deep State goons are about to receive some terrible news within the next several days that could result in their loss of freedom.
Paul Sperry from Real Clear Investigations reveals that more bad news is in store for Clinton. The CIA and DOJ are working together to declassify for release damning information that Comey’s FBI accelerated Hillary’s sinister plan to frame Trump as a Russian lackey.
And Clinton is not alone. Comey and Brennan are also in jeopardy for their roles.
The release will likely happen at some point next week

I keep hearing the familiar names: 0bemba, Clapper, Brennan, the Clintons, Comey. Where are Strzok and Page in this mix. Where are the names of the people in the Deep State? Where are all of the communists in the Congress, State Department and the MSM?
There have to be mass arrests, trials, tried, convicted and receive the death penalties. for all of them.
I heard that the Statute of Limitations only starts when the Conspiracy stops. It is still going on.
Trump needs to put them on trial OUTSIDE the normal criminal courts, because no jury, certainly none in DC, will convict them.

It does not say that a party who is neither impeached nor convicted and removed CANNOT be prosecuted and punished while in office.
Spiro Agnew was investigated for taking bribes prior to becoming Vice President, he was criminally indicted while he was Vice President, and he resigned to avoid trial.
The Article I impeachment clause simply means that a) Congress does not have the power to inflict civil or criminal punishment on impeached and removed persons, BUT, being impeached and convicted by Congress does not invoke double jeopardy protections, AND being a civil officer of the United States does not shelter you from civil or criminal trial and punishment.
So let me get this straight,

Spiro Agnew was indicted for bribery, conspiracy, and tax evasion while he was the sitting Vice President, and he made a bargain to plead no contest to one count of tax evasion and to resign.
No President has the power to do that.
The Supreme Court has made it clear that no civilian can be tried by a military tribunal, even in wartime, as long as the courts are open: Ex parte Milligan | 71 U.S. 2 (1866).
People who are advocating for military tribunals for Hillary Clinton or any other US citizen under current conditions are advocating revolution.
I’m not saying that advocating revolution is wrong - although it may be illegal to do so - but at least be honest about what it is you are asking for.

My point was that because an office holder was never impeached does not bar future criminal charges.
Notably, DOJ has yet to issue a single indictment/charge.
I realize there’s paperwork involved, but the evidence has been handed to them on a silver platter.

DOJ has the info - whether it’s been released to the public shouldn’t matter as far as charges are concerned
Obama will walk because of Presidential immunity, but should be an unindicted conspirator. Hillary, and the rest will be indicted, but I think only Brennan has a chance of serving jail time. The whole lot should rot in jail, but sadly I don’t think that will happen.
