The last day has been full of people making fun of Ketanji Brown Jackson and her juvenile grasp of the law. One part of her recent dissent has been overlooked, and it may be the most cringeworthy part of all.

A lifetime Appointment, no less....
“”In my opinion we will see Trump submitting a nominee to take the place of the Biden auto-pen “Justice”.
Trump is presently gathering leverage and license to act and as the instinctive master of leverage and showmanship Trump will prevail.””
Hope springs. Let’s “hope” that this time it doesn’t trip and break its stupid neck in the fall. I want these ‘changes’ to be made permanent, not so easily reversed by the next commie-left Democrat administration that manages to steal another election.

This is a decision about which both parties will be happy in a few years when it plays out.
Just call her a space cadet. She’s way out there and probably high on something.
Another graduate of Harvard and Harvard law. At least we can dispense with this idea that Harvard is elite or anything of that nature as they claim.
She’s not a biologist, she’s a xenobiologist.
Tiny chance some pardons may be undone, but that's less than 1%.
Madame Justice, I’ve wondered that too.
I believe most of the Republicans in the Senate voted to confirm this moron?
Ketanji is an indoctrinated lightweight, her world is ideologically left pedantic, incapable of deep analysis. She has the mental acuity of a tick compared to Justice Coney-Barrett.
“I’m sure if a Martian were to arrive here from another planet, their first question would be how did so many monumentally stupid and ignorant people manage to attain positions of power?“
He would also wonder why we use plural pronouns when referring to a single entity. :-)
That was dementia Joe’s promise, to hire a black woman to the Supreme Court.
Does Ketanji (Miss Jackson if you nasty) feel good knowing she was hired to check off a couple DEI boxes? She may be a great lawyer and judge, probably worked hard. But good enough for the Supreme Court?
Good grief, what a f’n moron. Obviously wasn’t paying attention in Legalese 101.
I'm sure if a Martian were to arrive here from another planet, their first question would be how did so many monumentally stupid and ignorant people manage to attain positions of power?
Then those Martians do their due diligence, and find a copy of Laurence J. Peter's research and Raymond Hull's book The Peter Principle. The light bulb starts to shine brightly. "In a hierarchy, every person tends to rise to his level of incompetence." As a result, "every position in a hierarchy tends to be filled with an incompetent."
Hierarchy dynamics affect this progression of promotion. Further, there is no pressure to enforce demotion, which means that any large hierarchy becomes less and less useful over time, sometimes to the point where the hierarchy collapses over its own top-heavy incompetence.
When was the last time you saw someone actually refuse promotion?
“A Martian arriving here from another planet ... “
She’s not helping to dispel the stereotype, is she?
Her opinions show a deep lack of respect for the job. This is the highest level of legal thought for our country, and she treats it like a high school term paper.
This idiot is in over her head. She has no business being on a Federal U.S. Court.
I’m in the process of reading the dissent. It was surely written by a clone of Kamala Harris’ brain. I’ve never read such word salad in an opinion at any level of the judiciary. Not only was her view of this case “hard to pin down” for the majority, it is obvious it was hard for her to pin down as well. Somebody take the thesaurus away from her. She’s abusing it.
