Bannon is MAGA though, Mark Levin was an anti-Trumper even though he claims he’s on the Trump train now.

This is the salient part of the article, and what many here still fail to grasp:

America First means exactly that. putting our people first. It doesn’t mean we ignore threats or let our enemies grow stronger—we’re not isolationists. But it does mean we stop fighting other people’s wars and focus on the threat we have right here at home. It means understanding the difference between a strategic strike on a nuclear site and another failed regime change disaster that costs American lives and achieves absolutely nothing.

Trump gets it. So does the majority of his base. But the old guard still wants more war.

It's why these pro Zelenskyy fans here support the war at all costs, while ignorantly calling us Putin supporters.

I know I will never listen to Levin again after he repeatly savaged President Trump while he was running for President the first time and for the first year after.

He crossed a line for me and I am done.

Attacking President Trump all through the campaign AFTER he was the candidate was only helping Hilary Clinton. Yet he persisted just like Glenn Beck. I am done with both of them.

Mark Levin was an anti-Trumper even though he claims he’s on the Trump train now.

In September 2016 he changed his mind and said he would vote for Trump.

I'm not sure Bannon does though.

I'm sorry, that is an ignorant statement. If you knew Bannon you would understand why I say that.

Bannon is a solid Trump supporter, and always has been. That doesn't mean that Bannon is perfect, and thus immune to being concerned that Trump is being taken advantage of. That is Bannon's concern, and it is also a sincere concern amongst many Trump supporters.

I just happen to be one that believes that Trumps actions are being guided by the Lord, which is the main reason I too do not get concerned when Trump makes a move that appears to indicate that Trump is straying from the America First movement.

It's not really trust in Trump, but rather in the Lord. 😁👍

Trump is after all, only human if he were totally on his own. 👍

Concur about trusting in the LORD first.

As for Bannon, ...

President Donald Trump unleashed on his former chief strategist and campaign chairman Wednesday, issuing a long and unusual statement questioning Stephen Bannon’s mental stability, honesty and political influence.

“Steve Bannon has nothing to do with me or my Presidency. When he was fired, he not only lost his job, he lost his mind. Steve was a staffer who worked for me after I had already won the nomination by defeating seventeen candidates, often described as the most talented field ever assembled in the Republican party.”

Trump continued, “Now that he is on his own, Steve is learning that winning isn’t as easy as I make it look. Steve had very little to do with our historic victory, which was delivered by the forgotten men and women of this country. Yet Steve had everything to do with the loss of a Senate seat in Alabama held for more than thirty years by Republicans. Steve doesn’t represent my base - he’s only in it for himself.”

I wonder if Levin has dual citizenship. He needs to check his loyalties.

“They want chaos, conflict, and casualties, as long as it’s someone else’s kid paying the ultimate price.”

And that’s huge. Not only is the fact that someone else’s kids are paying the ultimate price, but also they’d be dying for countries NOT AMERICA. Fighting for America is one thing, but sending American youth to die for another country is beyond despicable.

Having a hobby helps one tune out all the constant chattering and horn bleating by all sides. Its all designed to keep one in a state of perpetual agitation. Forget it.... Think about the islanders out in the Pacific not affected by the constant chorus—instead focusing on fishing to tonight’s dinner...

Truly—we are suffering from 1st world problems-with little relief in sight.

Another Levin bashing thread . 3rd in 3 days.

No Bannon attacks. Interesting.

Trump dumped Bannon and he is very close to Levin. They talk daily.

Never Liked Levin.

Bannon was great during the pandemic, but you must remember Trump told Bannon “YOU’RE FIRED!”

Nobody loves Steve Bannon more than Steve Bannon.

Well, Trump can say that, but the truth is that Steve Bannon has been a major force behind Trump's success.

I agree with the majority of what Bannon says, but I also disagree with Bannon as well.

I think Trump just is distancing from Bannon, in order to avoid the controversy that Bannon brings, because he has more than enough to deal with. But I believe that Trump knows that Bannon is not crazy, nor has he lost his mind. Instead, he speaks his mind which may sound crazy, as the truth often does. Trump does the same, and for many he too sounds crazy. Both are as crazy as a fox, and both know & acknowledge that truth, and see each other with respect.

Neither are responsible for the success of the other, but they both realize that they actually compliment each other, and that they provide their best help by being seen as being adversarial with each other at certain times.

Both are smart men, and both men know that they learn things from each other, and sometimes that learning process is ugly, yet necessary.

I have a friend from high school days who have a similar shared life experience, which is why I understand the kind of relationship they have forged. 😁👍

Both Bannon & Navarro both went to prison for the Presidency & the preservation of the powers of the Executive Branch.

OK, I got Glenn Beck and him mixed up on the timing, but he still went hard on President Trump until right before the election. I still don’t like him and will never listen to him again.
