BREAKING: A Federal Magistrate judge just DENIED a motion to keep Kilmar Abrego Garcia in custody for human trafficking charges, pending trial.
What fries me about this (or at least one of the things that fries me) is that the “family and community support” is given as the reason to think that he will not be a danger and will show up for trial. What this judge fails to acnowledge is that the support he gets is FOR HIS LAWLESSNESS. His “community and family supporters” are just as likely to urge him to go into hiding or do whatever it takes to evade justice - just as they tried so hard to use judges and courts to allow him to evade justice. The “family and community support” he had now is the reason to NOT let him walk free, because that community is Hell-bent on having him never face justice.

Allowing the democrats to have so much lee-way in appointing unqualified federal and magistrate judges, when the GOP often had the numbers to stop them, was a big big mistake.

Bull Crap. Ignore this judge. In fact, the President should make an announcement that this judge will be held personally responsible for any crimes or the disappearance of this individual criminal.
Trump should make clear this is no different from hustling an illegal thru the side chambers door out of a courthouse.
Additionally, Trump should have DOJ arrest and prefer charges exactly as the ones filed against the judge who let the illegals out of the courthouse.
