Trump Believes The Idea That Western Civilization Is Good, While College Students Find It SuspectBoy have things become convoluted. Western Liberalism does not posit that civilization is good. It posits that the purpose of government is the good of its citizens. Our own constitution says so in the preamble. And we have another document that says what happens when the citizens believe that its government is not acting for the good of the people.
