Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) revealed on social media Saturday that she was confronted by a man inside a makeup store in what she characterized as a politically motivated incident.
“Some unhinged lunatic, a man, wearing daisy dukes, at a makeup store, got in my face today. Dems are nuts. So I went off — and I won’t be backing down,” Mace posted on X.
“I hold the line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Try me.”
The video—attached to her post and now going viral— shows a man confronting the congresswoman with questions about her schedule of town halls. The situation quickly escalated into a tense verbal exchange between the two.

They’re as tight as Daisy Dukes. He’s out trolling... in an Ulta store!
Angry homos are the worst.
“”J.D.’s Mamaw was a foul-mouthed women. And she was terrific.””
Why would his grandmother be an exception? It was perplexing that JD spoke of his grandmother who raised him as being a good Christian and then said she swore like a trooper and said her favorite was one particular “f” word. Those weren’t two separate statements at two different times - it was all said in one statement. That last doesn’t go with the first. HOW could he not know that was contradictory? What kind of Christians does he know?
Did you read his book? You have to get to know her a little to understand.
Yes. Foul-mouthed and unprofessional.
Agree.
Yeah, but then we would not have a tirade to post on social media to get attention.
I bought her book on how she helped overthrow the patriarchy at The Citadel, I haven’t read it yet but will get around to it soon.
“First Woman Graduates From Citadel
Feminist Majority Foundation Blog | May 12, 1999
On Saturday, Nancy Mace became the first woman to graduate from The Citadel, a formerly all-male military college.”

Neither one came off as particularly wise or bright in that exchange.
Sometimes it is just better to just walk away.
Frankly, I don’t give a shit how she speaks as long as she fights for our side.
We see enough degradation of our culture already in the art, entertainment, and pop culture areas.
We don’t need it from people in Congress, too.
She’s like Linda. She’ll piss you off on issues but come through on other stuff that just might be more important. I’d follow her into battle.
I wouldn’t want my kids or grand kids hearing this and assuming that it’s OK to speak like that, since a member of Congress does it.
The democrats have no problem behaving that way in front of their kids. Fight back and let the kids figure it out down the road. Fear doesn’t help us.
I’m sorry that you equate a desire to maintain a dignified culture with ‘fear’.
(If you don’t teach your kids properly when you should, they’re not likely to learn it ‘down the road’.)
I don’t understand any of it. I don’t know how we got to this place...I DO KNOW but that doesn’t make it any easier to understand and I’ll never accept it.
“”Did you read his book? You have to get to know her a little to understand.””
No, I didn’t read JD’s book if that’s what you’re talking about...I have never had any desire to UNDERSTAND why ANYONE, ESPECIALLY a woman would use the language JD said was used by his grandmother. I always wondered WHY he mentioned it! Like it was something to be proud of.
Get to know her a little - if it’s about having a hard life, forget it. I can’t imagine what else it would be about and THAT certainly isn’t any excuse. I’ve known many people in all my years who have lived a hard life and didn’t resort to foul language. I had a brother in law who ended up in a NY state prison in the ‘50’s but my sister with two little kids didn’t find it necessary to cuss at him or at life.
I would guess that being a GOOD Christian, she was also a church goer!!! Did her pastor know the language she used or did the other parishioners?
Remember there is a difference between a person HAVING religion or BEING a Christian....
She dealt with him on HIS level.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``
Actually she sunk to HIS level. Even beneath it. She lost that argument.
I read his book. His grandmother was a nasty piece of work. JD certainly grew up in an ugly, violent dysfunctional family.
In the book JD credits her as being the agent for good that turned his life around. When in fact it was the Marine Corps that saved JD from a sick lifestyle.
Vulgar women who vote for gay marriages are NOT on my side.
