The US Supreme Court on Monday vacated Judge Boasberg’s orders barring the Trump Administration’s removals of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
The high court said Boasberg did not have jurisdiction.

What a disappointment. I could not find where she wrote a separate dissent. I would have liked to have read one. This quote from Jackson’s dissent shows 100% why Jackson is not, never was, and never will be a qualified jurist. Reading this sentence I finally understand why she could not say what a woman is.
