The US Supreme Court on Monday vacated Judge Boasberg’s orders barring the Trump Administration’s removals of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
The high court said Boasberg did not have jurisdiction.

“I don’t know how better to explain to you what happened than I did in the post you responded to”
Try readIng the decision. At least the excerpts I posted to you.
THE DISTRICT COURT ORDERS WERE VACATED BY A USSC MAJORUTY DECISION.
As a Jew he would be deported to Israel. Israel would deport him to Gaza.
Writing the dissent, Justice Sonia Sotomayor lamented the “suspect” legal conclusion of the majority that grants the government extraordinary power. “It does so without mention of the grave harm plaintiffs will face if they are erroneously removed to El Salvador or regard for the government’s attempts to subvert the judicial process without this litigation,” she wrote. The dissent was signed by liberal Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, as well as conservative justice Amy Coney Barrett.

I did read it.
The entire thing.
“”The dissent was signed by liberal Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, as well as conservative justice Amy Coney Barrett.””
Only... Barrett is NOT a conservative. She’s another pretender.
“I did read it.
The entire thing.”
Good. Now you know that the District Court orders were vacated.
It was the boys against the girls.
What the decision says is that a) they can’t challenge the removals via the procedure they used—rather they must file a petition in Habeas Corpus and b) venue is properly laid where they are confined, which in this case is Texas (according to the opinion). So, whatever happens, it ain’t coming back to Lord Boasberg and his cronies in the D.C. District and Court of Appeals.
‘ Good. Now you know that the District Court orders were vacated.’
Yes. And what order of the district court was vacated?
“Yes. And what order of the district court was vacated?”
Orders. It is in the decision.
Boesburg wasn’t the judge giving the order addressed by the supreme court today.
Yes. They are. What were they?
Not really. She only sided with section 2 of the dissent which is about the venue for challenging the government. She did not side with section 1 which said Trump had no right to do this, nor with section 3, which bizarrely said SCOTUS lacked jurisdiction in intervening on a District court's TRO. Let's not ignore these details.
Well, Barrett wasn’t in the majority so apparently most of her fellow justices disagreed with her on the issue.
I’m sure leftist law professors are writing their articles for publication tomorrow in which they set out why the majority were wrong in their decision
Here is an article from RedState which boils it down to what matters. .
“SCOTUS Hands Trump a Major Win on Use of Alien Enemies Act to Deport Some Illegals”
And each has to file separately. Not a class suit like was rejected by the USSC.
And here is RedState’s summation of the Garcia case (aka “the Maryland dad”).
“Breaking: Supreme Court Issues Stay of District Court Order re: Return of Salvadoran National (Updated)”
I think you have your rulings confused.
The article says: "I expect things to move quickly, and likely by the end of the week we will have a ruling on the stay from the full court."
The 5-4 ruling referenced in the article: "This is the second time in the past few days that the Supreme Court has issued a stay of a District Court Order involving challenges to the Trump administration. Last Friday the Supreme Court (5-4) stayed a Massachusetts District Court Order forcing the Department of Education to pay teacher training grants."
That 5-4 ruling regarding the DoEd was where ACB sided with the liberals.

“Yes. They are. What were they?”
You read it.
Tater.
This isn’t personal.
You keep saying it’s vacated as if that explains everything but can’t understand what was actually vacated.
I’ve attempted to explain it to you the best I can.
It’s obvious that’s not possible.
Have a good night.
I don't know about the quality of Grok, but didn't the people who were deported already face immigration courts to do this?
There isn't an expectation of "double due process" because a second action is based on the first finding. These guys were previously found by an immigation court to be gang members. They don't get a second bite at that apple just because the Alien Enemies Act is now being invoked.
