If you want to understand the reason for that liability protection, just read a few vaccine threads. Vaccine makers were almost out of business when that protection was passed due to the number of frivolous lawsuits.

The suits weren’t frivolous. They were just. The manufacturers just don’t like to have to pay when their untested products fail. Like the deadly fake COVID vaccine which has killed tens of millions and injured many more than that. And they keep selling them to the evil federal government which pays them billions and Trump brags about how great they are. Meanwhile, Americans are dying in record numbers and it is the poison these companies make with the purpose of killing us. It is all in the WEF presentations.

Thank you for making my point. The false claims that the vaccines have killed millions is exactly the type of frivoulous claim that demonstrates why we need the liability protection.

That’s a different issue. I’d like to see some of those ‘re-classifications’. I’d like to see some prosecutions of those spreading false anti-vaxxer claims such as the one claiming everyone who took the vaccine will be dead in four years. BTW, that claim was made over three years ago.

Exactly! It is so easy to blame vaccine to any and all problems.
Hungry lawyers filed many lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers, so that most manufacturers went out of business, and the rest were contemplating the same.
Since not having vaccines would send us back to the old times when most people, especially children, died of smallpox, tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus and polio, not even mentioning lesser diseases like flu, rabies, measles, mumps, rubella and pertussis, it was deemed that manufacturers must be protected. So a law was passed. Thanks God, we can still benefit from lifesaving vaccines.

If one examines the history of the anti-vaxxer movement, one finds that they have nothing new to say. Their current fear-mongering is little changed from the early days of the small pox vaccine.
Back then, they claimed the vaccine would turn you into a cow, now, they claim it messes with your DNA.
Back then, they claimed the vaccine contained bat feces. Now they just claim it is poisonous and will kill you.
Just as long as I’m not forced to take any mana vaccine. What a nightmare, but I managed to avoid the jab.

I don’t know if true, but I read Trump was taking away funding to institutions who require the mrna vaccines. If so, definitely a move in the right direction.
And yet you did receive FDA approvals and support. Booger-Boy. And they aren’t safe. And you knew it, and they knew it. And we all know it. There’s no one left in the room to fool, Fool.
