DOGE finds millions of fake social security recipients/numbers, 25 million over 100, and It’s only the beginning!

The Social Security system just took a massive hit—thanks to DOGE uncovering what could be one of the largest frauds in American history. With over 395 million Social Security numbers on file, you’d think there was some sort of miracle happening. But the U.S. population? Around 334 million. That’s a discrepancy you can’t just ignore. This isn’t a technical glitch—this is fraud.

DOGE’s investigation uncovered 3.5 million Social Security recipients listed as being over 140 years old, with some records showing ages as absurd as 360-369 years old. This isn’t a glitch—this is outright fraud. Even more shocking, over 25 million recipients are listed as over 100 years old, and their death fields are marked as “False”—meaning they’re still considered alive, even though they should have passed long ago. To top it off, some individuals are listed as being over 150 years old, with two people absurdly marked at 240 and 360 years old. Are we really funding vampires with Social Security checks? If this weren’t so serious, it would be laughable.

Our 96 year old Mother/MIL died last Summer we controlled her bank and account. She passed in a “Home”, and immediately SS was on the ball, cutting her off, and insisting we -0- out her accounts within the same month. Anyone getting money “accidentally”, put some purpose into making sure it happens.

I think the payments going to people 350 years old are some kind of transposed number. For example: 1979 becomes 1799. But there are only two of those.

>>25 million recipients are listed as over 100 years old
>>>Times $24,000/year = $600,000,000,000

That's kind of worse case, I guess. We don't seem to have any information as to the actual average payouts to those "recipients". Could be negligible.

“Anyone getting money “accidentally”, put some purpose into making sure it happens”

I’ve heard of it happening more than once.

When it comes to money, people can be very resourceful......and twisted for that matter.

“But now that actual numbers are coming out”

I haven’t seen “actual numbers” for average payments to 100+ year olds or anything like that. Just counts of certain fields.

News like this isn’t bad news but it’s enough to piss off a lot of Trumpers when we should be feeling better. I feel a lot better about seeing clips of JoeBiden now that he’s ‘history’, and I’m looking forward to Kash Patel hitting pay-dirt and it’s various government dirt bags...like never before!

Nobody will go to jail!

There was a Chicago Police Commander who was caught after collecting his dead mother’s SS for 23 years, over $360,000. He pled guilty in Federal court in 2019 and received 2 years probation and 6 months of “community confinement” and was ordered to make full restitution. The feds were only looking to give him 2 years.

Let’s hope DOGE determines who actually is supposed to be collecting, and starts prosecuting and handing out prison time to the scammers.

It will take some work to reconcile death records and other information. Yes to checking voting records! There may be some legal obstacles to accessing people’s information. Perhaps a hold for anyone older than 120, or for whom an obituary seems to align with a named person who is accepting payments? There are an estimated 91,000 centenarians in the U.S., and a slew of people with similar names, so there needs to be a mechanism to allow corrections. There are at least 5 women in my town with the same or very similar names and one who was born the same year as me. Fixing this will take some time and care.

I am hoping and praying that Trump and his team can save our nation. What’s happening is of such dramatic scope that it’s hard to comprehend.

SSNs and recipients are not the same thing.

***********************

True statement.

A 10 year old killed in a car accident may still have a SSN on record.

Shoring up the social security trust fund is possible even though it wasn’t a goal of DOGE.
