JUST IN: Biden Spits in the Face of J6 Victims by Pardoning Capitol Hill Cop Michael Byrd, Who Killed Trump Supporter Ashli Babbitt
Gateway Pundit ^ | 01/20/2025 | Cullen Linebarger

Posted on 01/20/2025 7:28:53 AM PST by DFG

As Jim Hoft reported earlier, Joe Biden pardoned Tony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and the entire J6 Select Committee of liars in his final act as president.

They were all faithful servants to the Democrat machine. Now comes their reward.

Now, we learn Biden has extended one final middle finger to the victims of J6 by pardoning all of the Capitol police officers who testified regarding the J6 protests. This means a full pardon to incompetent US Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who killed Air Force veteran and American war hero Ashli Babbitt.

Nothing his creep does in his final days s is legal. He is
completely out of his mind and nothing he does is valid.

The question in my mind has always been who was standing behind him urging him to shoot. Nancy?

A civil suit will open a ton of discovery and he will not be able to invoke the 5th when questioned under oath.

PARDONGATE: @realDonaldTrump should ignore the preemptive, blanket pardons just issued by whoever is running the Biden WH. Specifically, President Trump should immediately court-martial Milley and proceed as appropriate in criminally investigating Fauci and any one else on the Biden’s list. The blanket pardons issued by Biden are invalid and constitutional nullities and should be considered to have no legal force or effect.

They had all this drawn up ahead of time. Last minute pardons for all. I think biden will pardon himself. Guess it can’t be fought due to bidens cognitive state of mind. Once Trump gets sworn in we will see what happens. Just because they were pardoned of the crime can they still be kicked out of office..

Make sure none of these have any immunity from civil judgement, and never get a security clearance.

Yes. It is crystal clear that J6 was a deep state Reichstag Fire operation to entrap Trump and his supporters. The pardons are buying the silence of the conspirators.

Still need Congress to investigate. Compel testimony (expose to contempt), look closely for perjury, find others involved.
The presidential pardons do not confer protection for civil action which is important for Ashley Babbitt family.
This is unfortunately the price for the truth.

The pardons just tipped their hand as to who to investigate, who has confirmed crimes, etc.

I will be happy with the moral justice of the court of public opinion.

Never, ever forget what they did to us.

Does it silence them? Really? They have no reason to not speak truthfully now, they cannot be convicted.

But they can perjure themselves if they’re not careful.

“The pardons are buying the silence of the conspirators.”

Fortunately for us there were a lot of conspirators—many of whom have not been pardoned.

Every single one of them deserves to be identified and indicted.

I hope Congress compels his testimony. He already has pardon immunity so he would get transactional immunity from Congress that would compel testimony. If he refuses it’s contempt. If he talks he will expose himself to civil actions. If he lies it’s perjury.

Joe did not do this. The invisible Obama handlers did all the pardoning. They need to be exposed and charged for governing without being elected.

This is the absolutely worst thing biden has done! He has just declared to the world that he supports the government killing Trump supporters.

biden has no shame.

Still don’t understand blanket pardons for persons not charged with a crime.

Is this how our Executive branch will now be functioning, that at the end of a President’s term to expect blanket pardons for unspecified crimes? It enables corruption with no accountability, it’s not what the framers had in mind.

Is this something PRESIDENT Donald Trump’s administration should fight? If not, our Legislative branch should pick it up. Both parties should have an interest in this.

Per the SCOTUS an acceptance of a pardon is an imputation and admission of guilt.

Burdick v. U.S., 1915.

You can be sure if the races were reversed, Michael Byrd would be sitting in a federal prison with an LWOP sentence.
