Thanks for your input. Carter was a disaster. I remember my dad crying when Ronald Reagan was sworn in and the hostages were being delivered to the USA, tears of Joy. My dad said that Reagan winning was what he had hoped for when Goldwater ran for President. With President Trump we have an even greater victory, we pray that he can be sworn in and that he can kick some serious a$$ on multiple fronts as the 47th President of the United States.

You beat me to it. Before Biden, Carter was a big 0. But Biden redefined a 0 presidency. So Carter is now a 1 or 2.
A better scale would be how high you rate him among the 45 people who’ve president (Grover Cleveland, like Trump will count as one, rather than two presidents). I’d say 38th is just about the absolute highest he could be (appropriate since he was the 39th president and 38th unique individual to be president).
Maybe more like 43. James Buchanan and Joe Biden were obviously worse. Do you want to throw in Pierce, Hoover, Obama, Bush II, Tyler, Fillmore, Johnson I, Johnson II, Wilson, Van Buren, Harding, or somebody else between him and the absolute bottom? I don’t think I do.
