Thank God for people like Samuel Alito, unafraid to tell the truth at all costs.
Today, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments regarding Tennessee's ban on transgender surgeries for kids, and the ACLU sent Chase Strangio, a woman with a beard, to argue that even two-year-olds should be castrated.
(No word yet on whether Chase Strangio is still breathing after that encounter with logic.)
Civil rights laws and the Constitution prohibit discrimination of people based on immutable, unchangeable characteristics. You can't discriminate against black people because they were born with more melanated skin, for example.
Alito simply points out that trans ideology invents a new category called "gender" that is, by their expressed definition, "fluid."The wokies say it can be changed, sometimes by the minute! It's the exact opposite of immutable.
Here's the audio (nothing will prepare you for the trans lawyer's helium voice).

Their change....is immutable.
I have a friend who is non-binary. Ironically, he teaches math.
I remember when bearded women were sideshow freaks at the circus. Now they are appearing before the Supreme Court. We’ve come a long way.

And Tattoo Lady. Now mommy has tats from head to toe.
I totally agree! I hate how the gay community is appropriating the language we are so familiar with. And I also hate how the image of a rainbow has become a symbol for them.
Discrimination is allowed for immutable characteristics when there is no intersection with the government and law. There is a balance between freedom of association within the private sphere and the prohibition of discrimination within the governmental and legal realm.
For example, there’s no prohibition against discrimination as to who one invites to their house for diner or even membership in a private club.
But in employment, public schools, legal proceedings, housing etc, yes discrimination is prohibited for immutable and non- immutable characteristics.

AMEN!!...
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
...Matth 24:37-39
Be wary of a man with a beard who claims to be a woman as they are mentally defective.
Changing tagline.
Correcting.
The lawyer sounds like a very nervous woman imitating a very serious man. The result is almost a parody of what a professional male is supposed to sound like.
Exceedingly unnatural sounding. “Martian like”, even.
The argument fails when its own definition is applied to itself...therefore it cannot be true.
Justice Alito demonstrated that beautifully with that line of questioning.
Let’s do an experiment on Gender Change with 7 year olds. Every day we call the class to order to say “ok, all of the boys of yesterday who are now girls or girls of yesterday who are now boys get in the line for chocolate and ice cream, and all of the kids who are still boys or still girls get in the lettuce line”. Then we get them their desserts or veggies & keep track. Science works, clap your hands, and be Woke ;)
And then some real scientist says: “now let’s do the opposite” and the Woke say “sorry, but the science is settled”.
The Woke forget that there is no such thing as Settled Science. The fundamentals of Science call for continued experimentation and looking at things from all angles. They destroy their credibility due to their unwillingness to be honestly logical.
How did that Joke ever get on the Court? Yikes
Put a bullet in his head. Period.
I just ask if they can change genders, why not choose to smoke, drink and carry a weapon.
“It’s changeable, until it’s not” seems to be her irrational reply.
And hoping that thinking people don't notice.
Yes and animated passion rarely equate to persuasion.
