Listen to Justice Alito run laps around the ACLU lawyer who thinks toddlers can choose their gender

Thank God for people like Samuel Alito, unafraid to tell the truth at all costs.

Today, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments regarding Tennessee's ban on transgender surgeries for kids, and the ACLU sent Chase Strangio, a woman with a beard, to argue that even two-year-olds should be castrated.

(No word yet on whether Chase Strangio is still breathing after that encounter with logic.)

Civil rights laws and the Constitution prohibit discrimination of people based on immutable, unchangeable characteristics. You can't discriminate against black people because they were born with more melanated skin, for example.

Alito simply points out that trans ideology invents a new category called "gender" that is, by their expressed definition, "fluid."The wokies say it can be changed, sometimes by the minute! It's the exact opposite of immutable.

Here's the audio (nothing will prepare you for the trans lawyer's helium voice).

“Civil rights laws and the Constitution prohibit discrimination of people based on immutable, unchangeable characteristics. You can’t discriminate against black people because they were born with more melanated skin, for example.“

That is true but immutability is not the only basis against discrimination.
Disability is not necessarily immutable. Moreover, discrimination on the basis of mutable beliefs; religious , political, is also prohibited.

The ACLU is where bottom tier lawyers go to “practice”. The bottom of the barrel.

They’ll now alter the definition of immutable the way they did tried to do with vaccine.

Yeah, it's a process. The definition of "immutable" will be what the Party wants it to be.

IOW, "We know what gender you are better than anyone, even your parents, even YOU. What we decide you are is IMMUTABLE."

While communists think such, along with word definitions, should change daily, if they find it necessary, in order to win.

Justice Alito asking if transgender status is immutable is one of the greatest legal questions I’ve ever seen. He has apparently thought about the issue a lot and drilled down onto the one issue that was right before us that so many ignored.

Civil Rights exist solely based upon immutable human traits.

Gender fluidity, by definition, is not immutable.

Brilliant point by Justice Alito today. Let’s hope he is the one to write the Court’s Opinion.

The leftists justices were pretty pathetic. Justice Jackson compared the laws in Tennessee prohibiting gender treatment for minors to laws against interracial marriage.

I was listening to it while doing other things and missed several parts of the questioning, but I heard enough from Jackson to confirm she is ignorant. Sotomayor and Kagan just want to understand the leftist attorneys’ arguments to be able to agree with them in their dissenting Opinion.

At times, Kavanaugh and Barrett worried me a little with their line of questioning, but I think in the end, they will side with Alito.

The argument used to be, “you’re born gay” but now they say you can choose how you “identify”.

What you cite as non-immutable characteristics - discrimination is allowed in limited circumstances here. For example in seminaries. Never for immutable characteristics.

The heart of the problem is that these children are being groomed. They don’t get these ideas on their own. The root of the problem is public schools are grooming kids into this stuff.

So what in all of Alito’s point, he comprises of just one opinion out of 9 that decides the outcome of cases. The other 8 have their own opinions which cam ignore reason or logic at will and foundational wise, is a very scary concept that Judicial Review (Or was it a Constitutional “feature” just like other ambiguous clauses in Article II and I) in the hands of fallible creatures.

And the word “GAY”.

Take any dictionary published BEFOR 1965 and you will find the correct definition of the word “gay”.

GAY does NOT mean HOMO/QUEER/LESBO/FAGGOT/CARPET MUNCHER/or any of the other weird names they have given themselves!

“Amazing that a tiny percent of people influence millions to accommodate them. Gay, trans and others are a small number.”

That’s the thing that always amazes me - how has such a tiny minority been able to so quickly gain so much power and influence at the highest level of government and institutions?

And why have the normals, who make up 95% of the population, allowed that to happen?

We've seen just how "immutable" their claims that the vax is "safe and effective" really are.

I just had the urge to post a gif of one of my favorite old TV shows, a photo of Canada's current Prime Minister, when he was younger, and an ACLU lawyer. These three items have absolutely nothing to do with one another, obviously, and the placement is absolutely random, of course.
