We don't eat soybeans, number one, but we eat all the others.
In particular, mushrooms, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts are underappreciated.
Mushrooms are incredibly good for you.
For each of the above, be sure to drink what moisture was left behind. Unfortunately, these three all leave really good substances in the water in the pan.

I buy frozen vegetables and never waste a pea, unless it falls on the floor and rolls under the fridge.
