Republicans on Brink of Clinching US House Control After Taking Senate
Newsmax ^ | November 10, 2024 | Rooters

Republicans on Saturday were close to clinching control of the U.S. House of Representatives, a critical element for President-elect Donald Trump to advance his agenda when he returns to the White House in January.

With votes still being counted from the Nov. 5 general election, Republicans had won 213 seats in the 435-member House, according to Edison Research, which projected on Saturday night that Representative Dan Newhouse had enough votes to keep Republican control of Colorado's 3rd congressional district.

Republicans need to win five more seats to keep control of the House and they already have enough victories to wrest control of the U.S. Senate from Democrats, though Edison Research projected late on Friday that Democratic U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen won reelection in Nevada.

All of the mainstream media has been reporting in such a way to dampen the enthusiasm and hide the fact that the republicans will win the house

Extended counting allows the Democrat/Communist Party to cheat. I recall seven races in California a few years back where Republicans were leading and, after a couple of weeks of counting the Democrat/Communist candidate overcame the lead and won six of the seven races.

As of this morning, DecisionDesk HQ has the House at 216-209 right now with GOP at 80% to win. But a few days ago the Democrat/Communists were at 205 (93%), then yesterday it was 208 (84%), now we're at 80%.

Of the ongoing uncalled races, there are two critical races in California where the Republican has been leading all along:

-- Duarte-66,675 (51.3%) to Dem-63,414 (48.8%); only 62% of the votes counted (after nearly a week of counting!!)

-- Ken Calvert-143,621 (51.4%) to Dem-135,741 (48.6%); 80% of the votes counted.

Anyone want to bet that the Democrat/Communist candidate won't stage an amazing successful comeback in BOTH of these races? It's clear to me what is going on and what the Democrat/Communists are doing; now it's up to the GOP to put a quick end to this disgrace ... if they can.

God, I hope so. It would be hard to do very much good if the Democrats get control.

For the life of me, I can’t understand why someone would vote for Trump and then vote for a Democrat as their Representative or Senator. Personally, I won’t vote for a Democrat above the county level.

Dear God,

PLEASE defeat the cheat and give control of the House back to the Republicans, and hopefully, the people.

Defeat the democrat machine and their plans and schemes to destroy this country.

I’ll teach you to fish:

https://www.cnn.com/election/2024/results/president?election-data-id=2024-PG&election-painting-mode=projection-with-lead&filter-key-races=false&filter-flipped=false&filter-remaining=false

Currently:

Harris - 70,858,899 - 47.9%
Trump - 74,535,879 - 50.4%

Now you’re on your own.

“Edison Research said Democrats have won 205 seats so far, including projecting on Saturday that Representative Greg Stanton in Arizona had won re-election. Democrats would need to win 13 of the remaining 17 seats to take control.”

Cheating is the only way they pull that off, and even that probably isn’t possible. I’m optimistic.

Condescending, but it looks like we don’t have a lock on the popular vote

For four days we have been reading that same headline…. for four long days. They are trying to drag it out as much as they can and they’re doing a damn good job of it! We knew they were gonna pull this crap from the get-go and still our side is surprised! Kari Lake once again was cheated but like Steve Bannon said don’t think for one minute they’re gonna just turn over the DC keys that easy without a fight! They are ruthless and evil!

If someone is keeping up, please post the happenings and projections on the popular vote.

California will keep whittling the numbers down but the math just isn't there for Kamala to win the popular vote.

When CA finishes counting ballots by the end of the month, Trump should have a National Popular Vote lead by about 1.5 million.

Don't worry. Trump will win it.

Kamala would need 80% of the votes remaining to be counted in California to clinch the popular vote and she's not even getting close to that.

Keeping the lead is what counts but I was hoping it would break 50%.

Who cares really. All her votes are in California. It’s not even close anywhere else. This is exactly the popular vote argument is pure bunk. California will count for a month and come back with an unverifiable results. It’s funny to watch the media feel awful about this but a mandate is 270 electoral votes. The Democrats win by 1 vote and suddenly men in women’s sports, war in Russia, green new deal etc etc

Trump is ahead right now by 3.5 million votes. I don’t think there’s that many left uncounted.
