More than 50% of voters for Vice President Kamala Harris say they want to move following Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election, according to a survey commissioned by StorageUnits.com.
Storage Units surveyed 1,837 Harris voters on Nov. 6 to determine how many would like to relocate – and who actually plans to – and the top concerns of those who voted against Trump.
Of those surveyed, 44% would like to move, but probably won't, while 5% said they will definitely move and another 5% said they probably will. Those who would like to move, but probably won't, cited personal finances, family and community ties as reasons they will stay in place.
Of the 10% planning to move or seriously considering it, 90% are looking into moving to another country, with the top choices being Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico. California, New York and Colorado were the top three choices for those considering moving to another state.
According to the survey, the top three reasons Harris voters want to relocate are concerns that a federal abortion ban will be enacted, an increase in racial inequality and progressive rights will be overturned.

Hey! I gotta tell ya. I’m impressed by their virtuosity!
No, really, I am.
The ONLY real story here is why the hell is the press covering a BS imaginary story. Let’s wait a few months and find out how many of these two bit liars and hysterics actually LEAVE.
That would be worth reading.
We must be vigilant and careful over the ‘stories’ we hear. Over the next coming years there will be those who will stifle their hatred for Trump but will appear to play the game. That includes Fox News.
Canada won’t take such an influx.
There’s always Pinochet Airways.
Renounce your citizenship, surrender your passport, sign a contract to never return and get a free one way ticket to the socialist utopia paradise of your choice.
I wonder how many Trump supporters would be willing to participate in a political survey conducted by Ernie’s Storage and Boot Heel Repair Company.
and 1 might actually do it.
Exactly.
50% is a good start.
Good!
That makes a red tsunami all the more likely.
After DeSantis passed the ‘Don’t say Gay’ bill (a bill saying gay, trans, etc explicit sex could NOT be taught to kids in kindergarten through third grade in Florida Public Schools) the corrupt stupid liars in the press kept running stories about all the people ‘THINKING’ about leaving the state.
As if that was a real story.
Well, the sexual weirdo community did NOT leave. None of ‘em. And nothing bad happened to to those who stayed. (their ‘fears’ were played up too as if the people who didn’t want porn for second graders were a threat to them.
How insulting. I can see why democrat ‘men’ cried. What friggin babies. They’re even worse than the screaming angry democrat women. Grow up people. Or join up with the Hollywood weirdos who won’t leave either... fewer ignorant stories to read that way.
If there was a way to be sure they never came back, I’d donate to a gofundme page to get them out of here.
Half? Well, it’s a start…
Wow, A huge Unintended benefit, great.
All pure speculation.
That's what fear mongering will get you.
These are just very unhappy, unfulfilled people. They need to focus on their lives not so much on politics. If Kamala won I would have still gone to work the next day, come home and give my wife a kiss. Maybe I’d pay more in taxes, maybe inflation would be worse, maybe the stock market would have wobbled. Who knows. All of this stuff is out of my control. These people are obsessed with the things they cannot change. Unhealthy. I suppose some of them were indeed brainwashed. The media has been really unhealthy minded. And it’s unfortunate that the media wasn’t more restrained and that a quarter of the country doesn’t have the aptitude to analyze and interpret that they have been manipulated in cult like fashion and whipped into a psychological frenzy.
Maybe George Clooney could hold a fundraiser to help them emigrate.
