It would appear Team Biden and Team Harris have moved on from blaming white men, white women, black men, black women, straight men, straight women, and everyone else under the son to blaming one another. Note, we've known for a long while now that there is no love lost between the two campaigns and c'mon, everyone noticed how almost gleeful Biden appeared yesterday when he spoke about Trump's win.
Keep in mind, Kamala was more than happy to take Biden's place after the very powerful Democrats in their party (Pelosi, Obama, and Clooney) decided to kick him off for being too old. Anyone who still believes Biden stepped down because he wanted to is smoking something.
So yeah, it makes sense that they're now blaming each other.
From Axios:
What they're saying: One Democrat familiar with the White House's dynamics pointed a finger at Mike Donilon and Steve Ricchetti, Biden's top political aides: "Mike and Steve will have a lot to answer for — having him run" for re-election at 80 years old.
One person involved with Harris' team told Axios: "The 107-day Harris campaign was nearly flawless. The Biden campaign that preceded it was the opposite." Another person involved in the vice president's campaign said: "We did what we could. I think the odds against us were insurmountable," referring to Biden's low approval ratings and his late exit after the disastrous June debate that raised questions about his mental fitness. In an implicit criticism of Biden's team, top Harris aide David Plouffe posted on X that the campaign had "dug out of a deep hole." He later deleted his account. Responding to the criticism of Donilon and Ricchetti, a Biden aide told Axios: "There are a wide range of advisers [Biden] consulted about the campaign, who agreed on the merits of running — like the party did after the best midterm wins for a new president in over 60 years ... No one 'has' the president do anything."
Haaaaaaaa
BUT WAIT, there's more!
A former Biden staffer dismissed the Harris team's criticisms as making excuses for the vice president's failures: "How did you spend $1 billion and not win? What the f***?"
Another person involved in Harris' campaign felt deceived by the happy-talk from leadership about how it was a margin-of-error race when Trump won decisively. "People are depressed and frustrated about the overconfident leadership of the campaign," they said. Biden spokesperson Andrew Bates told Axios: "Anyone criticizing the vice president's campaign is at odds with President Biden." What the f*** indeed.
Hey now, those Beyoncé and Cardi B endorsements weren't cheap, you know.
Yup, and she's $20 million IN DEBT.
And that's why they REALLY lost. Well, that and Kamala is one of the most unlikeable, unpopular, unqualified, vapid harpies to ever run for president. Just putting that out there.
Very.
Jill Biden voting on election day (for real).
“The 107-day Harris campaign was nearly flawless.”
There were a few missteps along the way but, all in all, it was a superior effort to elect Donald Trump. With all the bad ideas in a bad campaign for a bad candidate it sure looks like it was run by the RNC.
I’m guessing some people absconded with million$.
"The 107-day Harris campaign was nearly flawless."
They blew through a billion dollars in 107 days, and ended up twenty million dollars in debt and still lost! "Nearly flawless"??
One person involved with Harris’ team told Axios: “The 107-day Harris campaign was nearly flawless. The Biden campaign that preceded it was the opposite.
Yup, and she’s $20 million IN DEBT.
Hopefully the Democrats will continue to run this kind of “flawless” campaign every time:
—Rock stupid incoherent candidate
—Pretends to be of one ethnic group when she is really another one
—Has no grasp of issues and just talks in vague generalities except when...
—Making the centerpiece of the campaign an issue that 11% of the public think is the most important issue
—Refuse to appear on Joe Rogan (and future popular podcasts)
—Indicates there is “nothing they would change” from failed Democrat policies
—Use Politboro tactics to nominate candidate and ignore primary results
—Call the American people Nazi, fascists, garbage, and deplorable. We like being insulted by mental midgets.
etc etc etc....
That red outfit had to be a giant F*** you to Pelosi and the Harris campaign. Dr. Jill no doubt has hundreds of outfits, why pick that one on Election Day?
And remember, more EC votes are shifting to red states (I think around 12).
The Dems have to abandon the open border stuff, the trans insanity. Those two issues will sink them in future elections if they keep on.
Excellent point on the ECs.
It never occurred to me the Democrats were stupid enough to lose Latino support.
That was hard to do—but their LatinX wokery and brutally bad economic and illegal immigration policy did the trick.
They got VERY greedy with their actions in the Biden White House.
I think polling is out that Americans want that to be the first issue Trump addresses in office, the illegals and the border.
A very well-earned spanking the American people gave them and that it was Trump who beat them is the cherry on top. It doesn’t land the same way if it was say, the FL Gov (who I like), but Trump for what they put him through, makes this victory perfect.
Nearly.
Only Dems think money was the key. Trump spent only $400 million.
Trump spent 1.2 million per EV. Harris spent 4.4 million.
Break it up! Break it up! The truth is you both sucked.
For later
