Major win for Pennsylvania Republicans and election integrity groups. A few days ago, 3 Democrat judges on the Pennsylvania appellate court (3-2 decision) struck down a date and accuracy requirement for mail in ballots to be received. Today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just stayed that ruling and put the date requirement back into effect. This makes it harder for Democrats to cheat. [Pdf Here]

They said it last time, and then recanted themselves.
I laugh because the dem counties will count them anyway. Who’s to know. Local talk guys still think the set aside from 2020 past date mail-in’s were counted. They might not have been but without audits (not recounts) no one knows.
And this also helps to obfuscate the Bucks county “Broken early vote” scam. Which the republican’s are all in on.
you certainly make it sound like heads I win , tails you lose

Just read on Daily UK mail
Today, Friday in a blow to Republicans
Supreme Court allows Pennsylvania to count contested provisional ballots in blow for Republicans
No date, no signature no privacy sleeve ballots and folks who filed a provisional ballot, those provisional’s will have to be allowed to be counted/
And looks like the Penn Supreme Court is following the letter of the law to a "T".
But a provisional must be filed in person
I’ve learned to stay away from Daily Mail sites.
interesting that the USSC expected to maybe be a little friendlier to our side, and the Dem dominated PA SC both through down aces of opposite suits at the same time.
fingers crossed
Lara Trump!!!!
The US Supreme Court has ZERO authority over how the Pennsylvania Legislature appoints their Electors.
Yeah, it’s about turnout for the most part, but the continual problems in Pennsylvania (remember the unprosecuted voter intimidation from Philly? Holder pulled the plug on that investigation pretty much as soon as he sat down in the DOJ) warrant a complete colonscopy of that entire state.

One of my favorite sites. I just skim the lib writers and read the conservative comments. Adore the pictures. And I find that it’s the source of most of the articles I pass on to friends. Today they’ve got one on a detail from the Sistine Chapel that shows what the art historian believes is breast cancer, noting that Michaelangelo assisted in autopsies at age 17, so would have probably recognized the condition.
+ RINO- majorities in both state houses that couldn’t do anything about enormous in-your-face ballot anomalies in 2020
Which should give Elias nowhere to appeal this PA supreme Court opinion. But as Kvanbrunt2 says, the Dem counties just ignore and count anyway. remember the vanishingly small # of rejected ballots nationwide in 2020 compared to the usual election? Just another thing that the only answer we got was “shut up.”
