Joe Biden has complained that Elon Musk broke U.S. immigration laws nearly 30 years ago.
Over the weekend, The Washington Post published a hit piece complaining that when Musk arrived in the United States in 1995, he was supposed to be on a student visa.
However, Musk never actually enrolled in his graduate program and instead focused on developing Zip2, a software company that he eventually sold for $300 million.
(Excerpt) Read more at thegatewaypundit.com ...
Elmo came on a student visa but didn’t bother to enroll since he was too busy building a fake super computer to trick people into investing in his company (it was a website). Website was so poorly designed it had to be re-built from nothing. But it was the Dotcom boom and the scam netted him hundreds of millions.
Since Elon wasn’t enrolled, he was in violation of his Visa. Elon and Kimball would go on to violate immigration laws in all sorts of ways, such as fraudulently leaving and entering the country on other occasions, and hiding from authorities that they were engaged in business (which would render them unable to obtain work visas).
The retards in this forum will look the other way because his latest scam is hooking up with Trump in order to protect himself from a dozen or so DOJ investigations that have been going on against him for years, long before he became political, so that he can claim that it is all political when the indictments finally come down for the dozen or so different laws he violates on a daily basis.
Who is Elmo?
Imagine 11-20 million Elon Musks! The Democrats would have an a immigration system that rivals those in the Mideast: the borders are sealed shut.
Elon the Fraudster, aka Elon Musk
Show me someone else that can land a booster rocket on it’s launching platform.
I say go after Elon after every single illegal is arrested first. After each democrat criminal is in jail, then we’ll worry about the Republican criminals.
Musk took the oath of American citizenship at the Pomona Fairplex in 2002 with 3,500 other immigrants. The ceremony, he said, was “actually very moving.” h/t immigrationdirect.com
Blue Origin did it in 2015 and it is not new technology. Elon claims it will supposedly save more money in the future but so far hasn't saved a dime. But more importantly is that it is a gimmick. Here is what Elon's NASA contract is for:
Note what's missing: catching rockets.
Look what is there: Lunar Landing in Q1 of this year and the HLS launch in Q1 of next year.
What milestone has Elon met?
Arguably not even the 2022 Orbital Launch Test. Starship exploded when they attempted the orbital launch. Each test thereafter has been suborbital, and without a payload, and without a full fuel load. Why? Because Starship is too heavy. How much money has Elon spent on Starship thus far? Estimates range between 5-10 billion.
How much was the contract originally for? 3 billion.
When has Elon said we'll get to the moon? He said 2-5 years a few months ago, but today is talking about launching dozens of Starships to Mars in just 2 years.
BTW, here's the totality of what Elon is supposed to have been doing this year. Experts have pointed out that the entire plan is retarded because its too overly complex. Elon proposed this back when he was defrauding NASA, promising things he had no idea how to do, and using an insider (who he later hired into NASA) to fix the selection process (fraud upon fraud):
Elon needs to go down for his constant financial frauds, the lives he has destroyed by deliberate harassment (primarily the whistleblowers), and the blood he has on his hands for all the people maimed or killed at his work sites that he can’t even be bothered to report correctly, but still has so many that do get reported that he has more bodies and injuries than any other car manufacturer put together.
Elon completely ignoring and violating immigration law and getting away with it is just one of the many laws he has broken in his time.
I’ll add there are also even darker but constant rumors that Elon is tied to Mexican Narco Cartels, and was involved with Amber Heard in the plying and drugging of underage women at his sex parties. I can prove everything in this post except this paragraph... but I believe it.
Trump made a mistake making a deal with Elon, and when the time comes and the DOJ comes knocking, Trump should let Elon sink and not interfere in any persecution.
Oops, “hired into NASA” should read “hired into SpaceX”.
lol
yeah, that one too.
Okay, with the exception of that one paragraph, show us your sources, your links to reputable sources, multiple corroborating citations, etc. Enlighten us with your extensive research.
At the moment, I'm somewhat of a Musk fan, he's doing some good stuff. OTOH, you've obviously got a massive case against Musk, so surely you have receipts. Otherwise you're just slamming him like the idiot Democrats.
Show 'em, or shut up, FRiend.
You've got time, I'm headed off to sleep soon. I'll look for your extensive list of sources and links tomorrow, on this thread. Thanks.
If the Musk violations are exclusively immigration related, then it will be impossible to prosecute him.
There are literally millions of Naturalized USA citizens, and millions of Green Card holders, who violated the same immigration statutes that Musk violated.
The fact that Musk was allowed to leave and return to the USA on multiple occasions is transparent evidence that the statutes are NOT being enforced.
OK:
(1) Elon Musk's first success was with Zip2, a piece of shit website during the Dotcom era with which he swindled investors with by showing them a fake super computer he pretended the website was hosted on:
https://www.sitebuilderreport.com/origin-stories/elon-musk
(2) At Tesla, Elon advertised FSD with a video captioned as follows: "The person in the driver's seat is only there for legal reasons. He is not doing anything. The car is driving itself." It then showed a perfect drive by the vehicle over a short course followed by the car finding a parking spot and parking.
Elon at the time claimed it was an example of Tesla "driving itself (no human intervention)" on Twitter.
The problem: It was fake per Tesla engineer under oath in a lawsuit. (1) It was geomapped (did not use the FSD software), (2) the vehicle crashed, (3) there was human intervention.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/tesla-autopilot-staged-engineer-says-company-faked-full-autopilot/
The employee tries to play it off saying the ad was not intended to show what FSD could presently actually do, but was aspirational. But nothing in the ad indicates that, and Elon treated the ad as a demonstration of FSD.
The article also doesn't go into detail, but by "pre-determined course," he means it was geomapped, which is not FSD.
(3) When Elon has the captions say "the car is driving itself." Or when Elon calls it "Full Self Driving." Remember this as you die a fiery death driving one of his vehicles and your family later tries to sue Tesla. His lawyers will tell them that Full Self Driving is not self-driving software and the driver can and must continue to steer the wheel, press the gas, and brake.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2024/04/28/tesla-trial-autopilot-lawsuit/
(4) Elon claimed FSD is safer than humans. It's not.
https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/inv/2022/INCR-EA22002-14496.pdf
https://dawnproject.com/how-can-we-trust-teslas-safety-statistics/
Tesla today now says FSD "will be" safer: https://x.com/Tesla/status/1832795452011323699
(5) Elon has promised FSD, with high confidence, "next year" or "by the end of the year," every year since about 2014 (though he took a break one year and said "3 years") whenever his stocks were low and he needed a pump (Elon is not compensated but gets money by loaning against his stock).
Among the whoppers: driving from LA to NY without human intervention by 2017 or 2018.
Tesla Robotaxi was promised by 2019 or 2020 giving you $30,000 in robotaxi income a year, despite not only the technology nowhere being ready for it, but also no means to accomplish self-charging.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lD6ICmMRSL8
(6) The entire solar city saga: "In an all-stock transaction, Tesla shareholders, led by Elon Musk, bailed out SolarCity as it teetered on the edge of bankruptcy. A full accounting of the history of that transaction is not yet possible, but the evidence accumulated thus far leads to one inescapable conclusion: Elon Musk brazenly engineered the rescue of SolarCity at the expense of Tesla shareholders because failing to do so would have jeopardized his entire empire, including SpaceX, his personal wealth, and the wealth of many of his family members. He bluffed, exaggerated, lied, invented fake products, and ultimately pulled off the transaction and lived to fight another day. His behavior during this crisis follows a recognizable pattern that has repeated itself on at least two other occasions since."
https://gotmusked.com/content/solarcity-scam-fake-tiles/ Part of this fraud involves the use of fake solar panels, which Elon waved around and called real solar panels, during the Solar City Presentation in 2017 or so (the article has the correct year).
(7) Today, Solar City is a failed project. In classic Elon fashion, he promised 1,000 solar roof installations a week. What investors got was 3,000 in the company's lifetime:
https://www.cnbc.com/2023/03/30/tesla-has-installed-3000-solar-roof-systems-in-the-us-study-finds.html
The only thing the Tesla buyout of Solar City accomplished was bailing out the personal fortunes of Elon's family.
(8) Musk promised to build a mini-submarine to rescue a boys soccer team that got trapped in a Thai cave in 2018. The submarine had no way of fitting in the cave, which had taken the life of a professional diver, and was told so. In response, Musk called one of the cave rescuers a pedophile:
https://www.vox.com/2018/7/18/17576302/elon-musk-thai-cave-rescue-submarine
(9) Elon Musk stole a 100 year old idea involving moving trains in vacuum tubes, called it the Hyperloop, said it was easy to make, and made extravagant promises.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDwe2M-LDZQ
This includes promising hyperloops to take you from LA to San Fran in just 30 minutes:
https://www.fresnobee.com/opinion/editorials/article264451076.html#storylink=cpy
Today, the Hyperloop is a failed project:
https://english.elpais.com/technology/2024-01-17/the-failure-of-the-hyperloop-elon-musks-dream-of-traveling-at-1000-kmh-by-train-that-is-fading.html
SpaceX even disassembled their test Hyperloop and turned the area into a parking lot.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-11-03/musk-s-spacex-dismantles-hyperloop-prototype-puts-up-a-parking-lot?embedded-checkout=true
And Elon has walked back his claims, saying he has no intention of executing them:
https://www.theverge.com/2013/8/8/4602644/elon-musk-has-no-plans-to-actually-build-his-hyperloop-design
But see the Fresno Bees article provided above. According to Elon's biographer, Elon admitted he never intended to build one at all, but just used it as a scam to derail high speed rail in California.
(10) Elon Musk said the new Roadster will use rocket technology that will allow it to fly.
https://robbreport.com/motors/cars/elon-musk-says-tesla-roadster-might-fly-1235553513/
(11) Elon Musk tweeted funding was secured to take Tesla private at $420 a share back in 2018 or 2019. This caused the stock to skyrocket. He was later fined by the SEC for making this fraudulent statement. Technically they "settled," so Elon can claim he wasn't really fraudulent, he just paid a fine for a crime he didn't commit?
https://www.sec.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2018-219
(12) "We are actually working on a charger that automatically moves out from the wall & connects like a solid metal snake. For realz." (Was never mentioned again)
https://x.com/elonmusk/status/550297212769402881
(13) Elon promoting battery automatic battery swaps faster than charging your car. Claimed to do a trial program that no one actually saw. Later said no one had any interest in it (despite large numbers of people with interest in it): https://gotmusked.com/content/tesla-battery-swap-fraud/
But Elon got $279 million dollars in subsidies to develop and install battery swaps:
https://centerforjobs.org/?p=4600#:~:text=Tesla%20Motors%20has%20earned%20more%20than%20$295,years%20for%20a%20battery%2Dswapping%20technology%20customers%20weren'
(14) Elon promised imminent release of new Roadster 7 years ago, even accepted (and still has) $250,000 deposits from customers, but has no plans or legitimate timeline to produce them:
https://www.carscoops.com/2024/10/musk-suggests-tesla-roadster-isnt-a-priority-but-thanks-long-suffering-deposit-holders/

https://tfltruck.com/2024/01/teslas-false-claim-the-tesla-cybertruck-did-not-beat-a-porsche-911-in-a-1-4-mile-drag-race/
(16) Tesla did not disclose Tesla Bots were human controlled:
https://mashable.com/article/tesla-optimus-robot-human-assisted?test_uuid=01iI2GpryXngy77uIpA3Y4B&test_variant=b
Amusingly, Tesla's retarded simps on Twitter went on a field day pretending that they were actually talking to real AI bots, walking and serving beers, when actually it was just some dudes in suits remote controlling them.
(17) Neuralink tortured monkeys to death and Elon claimed they were terminal anyway, which wasn't true:
https://www.wired.com/story/elon-musk-pcrm-neuralink-monkey-deaths/
(18) Elon sells Vegas on "Loop" system with escalators bringing your car down, pods, and speeds up to 150mph. But in the end it's just a tunnel with guys driving teslas up to 30mph (on a good day):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91-qwftOYVc
I'm not sure if the video covers it, but the end product does not match what Elon promised to Las Vegas in his contract, not even close to the number of people he promised he could move.
(19) Example of ongoing DOJ investigations into false FSD claims and other lies about his vehicles (too many for me to list):
https://apnews.com/article/tesla-investigations-justice-department-musk-self-driving-29a68864f75c9fabbd04f7a87d169444
I think this covers financial fraud and fraud in general and I am quickly losing energy. I can keep going another 100 items but there's just too much.
Now general cruelty, bad behavior and disregard for human life:
(1) A brief overview of the saga of Cristina Balan. Once a rising star in Tesla, even had her name engraved on the battery case for all Tesla batteries:
https://www.autoevolution.com/news/tesla-tries-to-bury-case-against-cristina-balan-gives-her-another-chance-to-fight-175711.html
She emailed Elon about problems involving corruption within Tesla (the awarding of contracts based on relationships rather than cost/effectiveness) and safety issues.
Elon responded by having HR push her out of the company. She was threatened and so were fellow employees in her team who were on green cards/H1B programs.
She took it to court and won the wrongful termination suit in arbitration. Tesla then bizarrely accused her of embezzlement and kickbacks, claims that are very easy to disprove. She's currently stuck in court suing Tesla for defamation. Tesla has been playing legal games for years while Balan (not mentioned in the article) has been suffering cancer. They have refused to provide evidence for any of the defamation. The article is a bit dated, unfortunately, as the more recent news I've heard is that she's finally made progress and will likely win her suit.
(2) The saga of Lukasz Krupski (I'm getting tired so you can google this yourself if you don't have a New York times subscription):
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/11/10/business/tesla-whistleblower-elon-musk.html
(3) Elon Musk love for publicly humiliating and firing employees for no reason at all, plus other bizarre behaviors:
https://www.wired.com/story/elon-musk-tesla-life-inside-gigafactory/
(4) Missing Reports, unnecessary deaths and record safety violations at Tesla:
"Between 2018 and 2020, news outlets including Reveal, Bloomberg, and USA Today found that Tesla repeatedly misclassified and underreported injuries to regulators at its California and Nevada factories. And from 2018 through March 2023, Tesla was cited by OSHA 49 times for 116 total safety violations—twice as many citations as Ford and General Motors combined for three times as many violations—according to an Observer analysis of federal data. In July 2019, a 61-year-old was found dead early one morning at Tesla’s Nevada Gigafactory, though the local medical examiner’s office told the Observer the death was caused naturally by hypertension and plaque.
“There’s a long history of citations by OSHA, far more than other companies,” said Marcy Goldstein-Gelb, co-executive director of the nonprofit National Council for Occupational Safety and Health. “We’re definitely well aware of Tesla’s history of apparent negligence towards their workers.”"
https://www.texasobserver.org/tesla-texas-worker-death-heat/
(5) "At SpaceX, worker injuries mount in Elon Musk's rush to Mars. Reuters documented at least 600 previously unreported workplace injuries at Musk's rocket company: crushed limbs, amputations, electrocutions, head and eye wounds and one death."
https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/spacex-musk-safety/#:~:text=At%20SpaceX%2C%20worker%20injuries%20mount,eye%20wounds%20and%20one%20death.
These numbers make SpaceX about 6x more dangerous than his competitors and NASA.
(6) Injuries at Tesla Austin gigafactory read like a dark comedy, with employees getting grabbed by machines and falling down chutes leaving trails of blood, or Tesla not wanting to fix a health hazard because it would slow production:

(8) Elon Musk slept with close friend's wife, resulting in divorce:
https://nypost.com/2022/07/24/elon-musk-had-affair-with-wife-of-google-co-founder-sergey-brin/
(9) Strange and Dark Rumors
This one I include only because it matches many other independent claims I've read/heard about by Tesla critics. Unfortunately, they cannot be proved at this time:
"I usually don’t like getting personal on here; however, I also feel a duty to warn those who could be unaware.
Due to my valid criticisms of Tesla Motors and fElon Musk I was cyberstalked, threatened, and harassed by organized criminals.
As it turns out: Tesla is a criminal enterprise and fElon Musk wishes to stifle just fraud charges while hiding behind the guise of national security.
This severe abuse of a democratic country’s national security apparatuses is unprecedented. A few decades ago this would’ve been considered unacceptable.
My only remaining fear is that these military-grade-cyber-weapons will be weaponized against prosecution teams in order to undermine and pervert our justice system.
Even worse: it could be used to blackmail, break into young women’s bedrooms, or plant illegal content in order to frame innocent people.
I’m only 23 and thought I was doing the right thing by raising the alarm. The Autopilot/FSD software has malfunctioned right in front of my eyes on multiple occasions. I’ve seen countless lies from fElon Musk online and fake statistics from Tesla Motors.
It’s taken more lives than the deadliest car in history.
By doing the right thing, I unknowingly put myself and my family in danger.
I regret this immensely.
Please, stay vigilant and stay safe everyone." https://x.com/AlphaDiviner/status/1811185404168777828
(10) Strange and Dark (continued)
"Tesla allegedly covered up drug trafficking and spied on employees at the Gigafactory, whistleblower says"
https://www.theverge.com/2018/8/16/17704274/tesla-gigafactory-drug-trafficking-cover-up-sec-whistleblower
I'm too tired to continue. These things could easily go on another 100 or so notes.
~ GPH
Addendum: the item under “financial and other fraud” about Elon randomly calling a rescuer a pedophile because he criticized Elon’s submarine should have been under the “general bad behavior” section.
Thank you very much, GPH, for answering my comment with such a complete and detailed response. Much appreciated, FRiend, and good research work!
Joey Diapers doesn’t care about the millions of illegals costing us billions of dollars and the tens of thousands committing crimes. He cares about the one guy who created thousands of high paying jobs and who contributes millions to the tax coffers. Leave it to The Diaper to get it 100% Wrong as usual. America can’t have immigrants who create jobs and pay millions in taxes. Democrats want immigrants who rely on government and drain from the system.
Biden is AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
OVER 10,000,000 ILLEGALS BROUGHT IN BY BIDEN AND THE BORDER CZAR HARRIS.
IF YOU WANT SAFETY FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY VOTE TRUMP.

Indeed he has selective laws and rules HIS he makes Hitler proud.
