An alleged victim of Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs has filed a lawsuit claiming that the rapper raped her when she was 13 years old while a male and female celebrity pair watched and joined in.
Variety reports that the case, being handled by Buzbee Law Firm, proclaims that the woman was drugged and sexually assaulted at an after party for the MTV Video Music Awards on September 7, 2000.
The woman has said she was attempting to get into the awards but didn’t have a ticket so approached limousine drivers after the event try to catch on to an afterparty.
The lawsuit claims that the then girl was taken to a party by a driver employed by Combs and directed to sign an alleged non-disclosure agreement before being welcomed inside and handed a drink, according to Variety.
The alleged victim claims that she quickly felt woozy and found a bedroom to lie down in, further asserting that Diddy walked into the room flanked by “a male and female celebrity.”
The suit claims that the male celebrity then raped her while the female and Diddy observed, before Diddy also raped her as the unnamed celebrity pair watched, the report states.
The alleged victim says she “fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life,” Variety further notes.
Combs has been denied bail twice on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, and has repeatedly denied all allegations against him.
As we have previously highlighted, a former bodyguard of Combs has claimed that the rapper has footage of not only celebrities, but elite politicians and state figures engaging in compromising activities.
The bodyguard, Gene Deal, says the secret footage was captured at Diddy’s various so called “freak off” parties, which are claimed to have involved victims being forced to engage in sex acts while Combs masturbated and recorded the events.
“I don’t think it’s only celebrities gonna be shook. He had politicians in there, he had princes in there. He also had a couple of preachers in there,” said Deal, adding that “he had every room bugged.”
The girl got into a limo with people she didn’t know, went to a party she wasn’t invited to and drank the first drink handed to her. Not blaming the victim, but the is professional level stupidity.

FYI, Billy Baldwin worked in a dining hall for my oldest brother at SUNY Binghamton. Back in early 1980s.
My brother ran the dining hall there for Marriott corp after graduating. His brother Alec came up to see his little brother graduate. I think it was right after staring in the Hunt For Red October. The Baldwins all grew up on Long Island. This was long before we all knew what an Ahole Alec was.
I imagine a 13 year old would feel completely powerless after such an incident, and assume it was her fault. 13 year olds are notoriously stupid when it comes to how the world is.

“Unnamed celebrities” means that the only proof they have is their names. And that is not good enough to avoid a slander counter lawsuit.
It would be interesting to see the lists.

Well, there are stars…and then there is “notoriety”. This girl will get famous for the latter.
She was foolish. The abusers still deserve the Axe even if she was begging for it.
The ex Mrs Affleck was another name being thrown around as the person who brought the gun that Diddy ALLEGEDLY shot TuPac.

There were some Freepers who thought the names of the famous people involved would never be released.
Some of the potential defendants received demand letters from Tony Buzbee. Several have settled the claims against them with non-disclosure agreements. You can bet your last dollar that Buzbee got VERY large payments for his clients.
It’s also been reported that a number of potential defendants have reached out to Buzbee in an attempt to settle. One is for sure; if Buzbee sues you, you are going to lose.
Before criticizing Buzbee for settling cases now, keep in mind that if defendants are charged with crimes, there is no chance of his clients getting paid until after the criminal cases are resolved; and that could take many years.
Unnamed pair? Did one of ‘em smell like boiled cabbage, urine, and farts?
