“Many supporters seated behind Trump onstage went to the ER after the rally with “blurred vision” and “burning” to the eyes. I spoke to several who still have not fully recovered. As many as 20 were affected,” Kelly wrote on X.
The cause of the symptoms remains unknown, and an active investigation is underway.
Supporters from the “Latinos for Trump” group were among the most severely impacted, including Pastor Eli Moreno and his wife, Francesca. Pastor Moreno described mild discomfort, but his wife’s symptoms were far worse.
“Her vision blurred, her face swelled up, and we had to rush to the nearest Walgreens for help,” Pastor Moreno told Kelly.
Mrs. Moreno’s symptoms persisted for several days, and despite treatment in the ER, she has been referred to an ophthalmologist for further care.

Another attendee, Mayra Rodriguez, a Planned Parenthood “whistleblower,” shared a similar experience, explaining that just 30 minutes after leaving the rally, she was unable to open her eyes due to extreme burning.
“When I got to the hospital, they told me I had a chemical burn,” Rodriguez said. “Days later, I’m still dealing with blurry vision and sensitivity to light.”

Either that or mass hysteria by suggestion. Unless the doctor diagnosis of chem8cal burns is real and no hoax.
We used to be able to make our park manager get ill by simply having one or two staffers mention their stomachs were upset, or by faking a little sneezing and coughing. Within 2 hrs he would go home sick with whatever symptoms we invented.
It became regular dare for a while until we realized he really couldn’t help but work himself into an anxiety attack over his belief he had been exposed to something.
There is a certain percentage of the population that are highly susceptible to suggestion, and they just can’t help it. Mass hysteria is a thing. All it would take to unhinge some people is a bottle or two of essential oils and some suggestive comments.

Chemical agent would spread out from the source and drift with the wind. A microwave emitter like the microwave relays you see on communication towers is directed. I wonder if Trump was affected at all. If folks behind him were injured, it suggests that the attack came from the front.

Based on the symptoms this sounds to me like a targeted IR laser attack. Because the laser is infrared its not visible without night vision but that does not mean its not doing damage.
Another possibility would be a microwave weapon. Either of these could result in the injuries described.
Both would be hard to detect unless you were specifically looking for them. That's my two sense.
