We're not going to resist, and no "if" about it. Conservatives are law-abiding people. They hold with civility and non-violence. They meekly pay their taxes, financially supporting their destroyers.
It's the only legal and effective way to resist, but it requires a substantial percentage of taxpayers to forego all but a small fraction of their income. Who would do that? And if they won't do that, don't expect them to resist by protest, riot, secession, or civil war.
People aren't heroes. They want their representatives to be heroes. Think about that, Tucker. They say calling the cops will make matters worse, but they want some GOP congressman to be heroic on their behalf.

Castro came into town riding in a convertible... after defeating Batista.. the crowds followed the car, cheering.
3 days later, Castro was on TV announcing he was a communist. First action was taking all the weapons from the citizens. Then he took possession of all the homes and businesses. He took control of all the schools.

Right now, they are giving illegals drivers licenses, without an ID, so they will vote in November. It says here he was making claims online that he wasn't going to go along with any "communist" mandatory gun "buy-back" program. An Al powered cross-check with the NBB Registry showed he didn't sell his guns back. And there is no indication that he sold them or gave them away.
So even though he baldly stated that he lost them in an "unfortunate boating accident" and challenged any government piece of shit to prove him wrong", we are sure he still has them. That same Al routine also checked the sign in records of shooting ranges within a hundred miles of his house, and found he consistently went to one near him at least once a month, most recently the day before yesterday. We also have tie ins to the cameras at the sign in desk and on the ranges, and were able to see him entering with an unlawful firearm, so we know he isn't shooting with someone else. Our next...
SUPERVISOR: Yeah. I know. They somehow think we won't catch them. Get over there and print yourself out a warrant. And don't forget to Ask Al to apply the official "stamp" to to your request by hitting the Approval Button on the second page in.
AGENT: Of course. (pauses thoughtfully) Wow. I can still remember what it was like back before Al. When it first arrived, I laughed at the old codgers who said they weren't going to change, and referred to it as "Al". There were a few who tried things like calling it "Albert". One guy always said it with an English accent, trying to be sophisticated, I guess. Some even tried "Bert" but Al stuck. Nobody ever said "Ay-Eye", the guys would look at you funny. I was new then. You had to go in front of a Judge, a real person, black robes and all. I remember one who had a really long, skinny face, pale skin, and very dark eyes. I was always amazed that he didn't actually have a powdered wig on.
SUPERVISOR: Yes. Absolutely. Once Al took over, all that BS about processes, responsibility, etc. just vanished. Now, we just do what it tells us, and we won't get in trouble. It certainly changed my life. Once they were able to get a ruling that Al could competently look at a huge amount of information and make a legally valid justification for everything from search and seizure of property to the use of deadly force, it sure made our lives easier.
I always remember those Thursday mornings we had to show up in an actual Court Room. Friggin dark and smelly, with people of all kinds walking in, out and around. You had to wait your turn to present data to the Judge for a warrant. What a friggin waste of time. I hated it. Especially when you get a judge who says in a snotty, smarmy voice "No, you can't get a warrant with that." And here, you just spent a few days getting it all together. Used to make me boil. Now, it all goes quick and easy. It even prints out a warrant automatically. Pretty slick.
AGENT: (absentmindedly picking up a bunch of extra magazines with one hand as he clipped a flash bang to his belt with his other hand)Did Al ever deny your request for a warrant?
SUPERVISOR: (squints and thinks) Nope. Not that I can remember. That's why we call that button on page 2 the "Approval Button". Its what it does. I got no problem with that.
Why would such people need, or care about, legal grounds? We will be way past that by then. They will just come and take us (destroy us) and take our stuff.

They’ll do a castro because there won’t be anything stopping them. I think they are holding back now, both in speech and actions, knowing that their positions are unpopular with the public. And if this is *holding back* we’re in real trouble.
And then we’ll find out how many *republicans* were closet dems all along, which I think is a BIG part of the problem with the Republican Party.
