The quality of that video is so poor and the content is so illegal I wonder if this is not a fake. The person talking cannot be visually ID’d. And a person’s voice can be faked by AI. Now this is something this loon is no doubt thinking, but I do not think her handlers will allow her to say it publicly. There will be much flack over this.

Be that as it may, it does fit with what we know about her, and I don't doubt for a minute that leftists would love for this to happen.

I did some searching on her gun views trying to find the quote about going into people’s homes and couldn’t find it.

However, there were at several instances where she talked about (in her meandering way) about gun buy-back programs. Something like “Lots of communities have had success with gun buy-back programs and we need to look into it at a national level to have a mandatory gun buy-back to make our country safer.”

On one of those comments she was asked about making it mandatory - is that correct? “Yes - it would be mandatory”.

(So - yes, she wants to confiscate our guns.)

Here is a very short video of Harris on MSNBC in 2019 about her mandatory program, where she adds “but we’ll have to do it in the right way”.
