Kathy Heaton, a 71-year-old resident of Springfield, Ohio, was struck and killed by a car driven by a Haitian illegal a day after her 71st birthday
“It was around 5:40 in the morning. The trash had come early that day and we think that’s what probably woke her up,” Kathy’s daughter-in-law said
The impact was so severe that her socks were left on the pavement, and debris and clumps of hair were found on the car's windshield
Prosecutors decided not to charge the driver, 38-year-old Robenson Louis. He was reportedly him driving with expired license plates
“They didn’t feel that it was anything prosecutable. We don’t know why. The only facts I know are that two prosecutors met and felt there were no charges to be filed. We were devastated”

All Springfield, Ohio, district attorneys and other officials involved with this decision need to be arrested, charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
Their sentence of a short drop and quick stop should be carried out in public.

Springfield, Ohio – With wild-driving Haitian migrants turning streets into combat zones, the city faces a new challenge: traffic accidents caused by these drivers who are unfamiliar with US road laws. A local family experienced this firsthand when 71-year-old Kathy Heaton was hit by a Haitian migrant while collecting her garbage cans on December 1st – a day after her birthday.
Despite the severity of the accident, the driver faced no charges. The incident has raised concerns among residents about the potential dangers posed by these inexperienced drivers, who may not be fully aware of US traffic laws and road safety standards.
In addition to causing numerous accidents, these drivers are also being accused of killing local pets, including cats, ducks, and geese for food.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has announced additional State Highway Patrol troopers in Springfield to help maintain order on the roads.
Mandy Heaton and her husband Chris have called for “Kathy’s Law,” which would require immigrants seeking an Ohio driver’s license to go through the same tests and regulations required of first-time American drivers.
