I recall reading Candace's remarks on how our kids are “indoctrinated” about the Holocaust. IIRC she wasn't defending Hitler or the Holocaust, but how the schools only talk about him, and make no/little mention of Stalin or Mao, who were much worse.

My daughter when she was very young and started reading about the Holocaust, and did a book report on a book (The Diary of Anne Frank maybe??) But she read all sorts of books on it. When she gave her book report the other kids said she was lying, etc. But - they hadn't been taught it yet. The teacher told them it was true, and they would learn all about it in a couple more years.

We told our daughter that as evil as Hitler was, others were just as, or more evil. And the people that teach it always say “We teach this so it will never happen again”. That is all well and good, but it does happen again. Pol Pot, Rwanda, etc.

The problem is they "indoctrinate" that false notion that National Socialism is "Right wing" when it came out of Hegelian ideas(Marx group).
