Make no mistake, there is nothing "joyful" about the weird campaign that the Democrats, the MSM, the Deep State, and the transnational elites are running against Donald Trump and J.D. Vance.
Sure, they are making a movie that sure looks like it's joyful and confident, but for months the Establishment has been panicked and that panic hasn't receded.
It's not that they are doomed--quite the opposite, these evil people have a reasonable chance of victory.
It's that the stakes have never been so high for them. In their eyes, it is for all the marbles, and we should see the election in exactly that way too because it IS for all the marbles. If the last 4 years (or really 8) have taught us anything, it's that the Democrats will stop at nothing to put Donald Trump, and by extension, all the rest of us, in our place. And that place is to be happy and compliant slaves to the regime.
If that sounds extreme, I assure you it is not. All you need to do is look to the United Kingdom to see how quickly a liberal democracy can abandon freedom. Canada is there as well. The Labour government isn't just arresting people for posts on Facebook and Twitter--they are putting people away for YEARS after show trials.

Be under no illusion that they are losing or desperate. They are doing what they need to do to change the narrative and defeat Trump by any means necessary.

We have already seen that even assassination is not beyond the scope of “any means necessary.” This is a minefield in very unlevel terrain.
But it can be used against them as well. Lawfare is a sword that cuts both ways, and if some local district attorney in a distant state can bring up charges against either “Que mala” Harris, or “Gov’ner” Tim Walz, on malfeasance of office, and have good solid evidence of such defiance of law, that should tie their hands for a while. The Deep State will find itself diverted from their primary goal, the imposition of a command-and-control scheme to reign over that territory once known as “the United States of America”.
Even in the darkest moments, we are not without resources. With some ingenuity, they may be applied and carried out, as has been done in resistance movements all over the world.
No doubt Tampon Tim thinks what’s going on in Great Britain is just peachy keen. The more they emulate his beloved ChiComms, the better.

They are certainly fighting a second Trump Presidency as outrageously as the 2020 cheat was. Trump had one term, that one could argue, was well-contained. In exchange for judiciary picks, he was allowed to pass nothing in law and could only use executive orders which were undone the moment he was removed.
Trump was impeached for what the Democrats are doing in Ukraine, just as he was tied to Russia, which would be the known opposition for the same. Trump’s desire to withdraw from Afghanistan was twisted into an arms give-away program that even insured that some Americans were killed.
I find it difficult to see what the Swamp fears in a second Trump term, to the level that they obviously fear it. Perhaps there is more at stake in Ukraine than we are led to believe.
I’ve always wondered why, in UK usage, “government” is plural, e.g., “The government are…” whereas it is singular in the U.S., “the government is…”
