Responsibility for ALL aspects of protection, including counter snipers, is 100% on Rowe and his killers at Secret Service. There was nothing important being cut off but the lying SS narrative. He would be able to tell you what the SS should have done that day and be able to point out all of the discrepancies.

The title suggests that this was the first time counter snipers were deployed. That is quite different than saying counter snipers other than SS were deployed previously. People need the facts to judge relevance for themselves. I think it is an important distinction.
Trump has the ability to hire a private protection detail. He should spare no expense. I’ve got a $100 to send right now. How about you? There’s no more important money the campaign, Trump family, you and I can spend than on security that’s saves DJT’s life. Trump is a walking, pre election dead man if he relies on the killers at SS.

I heard the jerk forgot to turn the bombs receiver on in the truck/car. No, all eyes were on the perp after his first shots and his options evaporated immediately. Actually, when I think about it, getting stuck up on a roof with no viable escape options seems awfully weird to me. The counter snipper’s task was singular - silence Crooks. This is the first rally where they knew they needed a silencing team. So, the counter snipers held their fire for 16 long seconds, but when they knew Crooks no longer could possibly succeed in killing Trump, they took him out.
I wasn't referencing the headline so much as Jesse's cutting off the very short answer by Rowe, which is in full in my post number 17.
Then you should make the following distinctions, as well. When the SS deploys the local snipers, which they did at Butler, to totally worthless positions, the SS is 100% responsible for the locals missing Crooks. The SS is 100% responsible for protecting Trump. 0% of that responsibility can be delegated. You should also make the distinction between what has been discovered through review of PRIVATE videos and the constant, ever changing lies, misdirection, stonewalling and cover up that is 100% of SS “testimony” so far. The only thing you can be confident in regarding all aspects of all snipers involved (including Crooks) is that every time you hear a state, local or federal officer speak about this, you are being lied to. Every Time.
