My default position is always government conspiracy.

I can be convinced of one shooter—but I want proof of chain of custody of all evidence.
You are quite correct. It’s nothing but pixilation when the cell phone moves. It’s a shadow from the sun. A retired digital forensics law enforcement officer debunked that there was a second shooter on the water tower a few days ago. He put a video up explaining it.
Audio from some LE on Crooks’ roof-top position a few minutes after the shooting spree includes an officer saying he sees 5 shell casings.

The controlled first three shots * * * is very different from the chaotic next 5 shots *****. Not identical.
The difference between the firing and report of the bullets fired has been analyzed as being in 3 groupings.
I listened to the analysis.
That’s because there was 8 shooters and they all left their shells on the roof next to crooks.
One thing that was obvious. They wanted a gruesome head shot to be seen all over the world. If they wanted to kill him why not shoot him in the chest first. Or even after the initial shot. They got 2 off before he went to the ground. Maybe they thought he was wearing a vest. Wondering if it was taken from the open window on the second floor. Looks like he was shot in the back of the head on the side of that window.

Don't know who “They” above refers to; however, as of this a.m., Bongino has reported the “local” CS Team (not clear if Beaver County, PA State Police or other) fired 1 shot and missed.

An audio analysis of the stage microphone recording (Fox?) found different time spans between the sonic crack and the rifle report of the first three shots compared to the next five shots: .22 sec vs. ~.4 sec. Either they were fired from farther away, or the second set (five) were traveling faster (more powerful charge in the bullet?).
I counted 9 shots in the video. 5 from Crooks, shell casings next to the body, 1 from the counter sniper. Where did the other 3 come from?
