Back in the 90s I was wrapped up in an unsucessful attempt with a custody battle. My ex wife’s attorney’s closing statement was all gobbledygook. He kept rambling and rambling incoherently. I ask my lawyer what was going on; it was actually embarrassing. He told me it was a court tactic. I don’t know, but maybe a counsel on here knows about this. Kamala’s word salads remind me of this incident.

I think she may have brain damage, probably in a small area where language is formed. She has no idea she’s talking nonsense as she knows what she wants to say, but just can’t get it out and probably isn’t aware it isn’t coming across. The reason I think this is from talking to a stroke patient who sounded very much like she does.
