Mika Brzezinski began today's Morning Joe with an apparent expression of discontent about the show having been yanked off the air yesterday, pointedly saying "It is VERY good to be here."
That apparent discontent become absolutely explicit an hour later in the show. Joe Scarborough in effect accused the NBC News suits of having lied to them in saying that they'd been taken off the air because there'd be one unified feed across all their networks yesterday. That didn't turn out to be so.
Scarborough ended with what sounded like a threat to quit, saying:
"Next time we're told there's going to be a news feed replacing us, we will be in our chairs. And the news feed will be us, or THEY CAN GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO HOST THE SHOW."

They were off the air for the same reason you don’t let a 3 year old play with a blowtorch. Their vitriol was not needed, and even the NBC management knew their show would be bad for business.
Because nbc news was not convinced these two clowns would not have gone on tv and said trump had it coming that’s why their show didn’t air
He won’t quit. No one else would hire him.

Even MS-DNC knows that these two Chuckleheads are SO TOXIC that they could not possibly make it one day before calling Trump Hitler and a Threat to Democracy.
It’s what they do, it is all they’ve got.. They are a one hit wonder and MSNBC and their audience just Loves to hear that song on constant replay.
That MS-Dnc is unable to get a new set of knuckle draggers that are a bit less toxic, equally photogenic and would work at 20% of what they make says it all.
Missed opportunity for msmbc. Their time slot ratings would shoot up it these two were preplaced with reruns of Barney.
