I put these links in so people could access the story. The US Federal Government has made two claims that I feel are implausible. The first claim is that the shooter was 'acting' alone. That means, in less than 12 hours they have claimed to research every part of his life, his contacts, his past, where he has been, who he as been with, who he may have been speaking with on-line (including on xbox/game consoles), where he trained and were he got him ammunition. I find that implausible.

The second is even more serious. This is the statement, from multiple individuals with video, that the sniper was recognized minutes before. The first claim is that they didn't know falls out because of the video evidence. The second claim that they couldn't shoot until the sniper shot first is ludicrous. The third claim that they needed authority to shoot with someone with a rifle aimed at a POTUS is so stupid not to bother in conversation. The final 'it was local cop problem' makes zero sense because they outlined the building as a risk during walkthrough.

When you start to see the Government and the Media try to make things up as they go along, it's a cover-up. Plain and simple, something is wrong.

all of that makes sense except can you get that match that fast with whatever LEOs use for DNA test?

Yup. That too.

I watch a lot of true crime, and it’s amazing how LE can track down people.

DNA testing takes a couple of days or more. Lots of
factors go into the process thus time is a factor.

"there is no DNA system that works in minutes that can identify individuals."

I thought that, too, but a quick search dispels that.

The article below is from seven years ago. I imagine this has progressed a lot in the intervening years. Even seven years ago, it only required a $1,000 machine. These are packaged into field kits now. But would the SS always have this equipment on site at every political event they cover? At that price point, I would hazard the answer to be "yes."

New Software Can Verify Someone’s Identity by their DNA in Minutes
By Kim Martineau
November 29, 2017
Columbia University News

The software is designed to run on the MinION, an instrument the size of a credit card that pulls in strands of DNA through its microscopic pores and reads out sequences of nucleotides, or the DNA letters A, T, C, G. The device has made it possible for researchers to study bacteria and viruses in the field, but its high error-rate and large sequencing gaps have, until now, limited its use on human cells with their billions of nucleotides.

In an innovative two-step process, the researchers outline a new way to use the $1,000 MinION and the abundance of human genetic data now online to validate the identity of people and cells by their DNA with near-perfect accuracy. First, they use the MinION to sequence random strings of DNA, from which they select individual variants, which are nucleotides that vary from person to person and make them unique. Then, they use a Bayesian algorithm to randomly compare this mix of variants with corresponding variants in other genetic profiles on file. With each cross-check, the algorithm updates the likelihood of finding a match, rapidly narrowing the search.

To demonstrate the portability of the technology, researchers packed the MinION and all cell-preparation materials needed into a handbag. (Sophie Zaaijer)

Tests show the method can validate an individual’s identity after cross-checking between 60 and 300 variants, the researchers report. Within minutes, it verified the identity of the study’s lead author, Sophie Zaaijer, a former member of NYGC and now a postdoctoral researcher at Cornell Tech.

“does Govt have access to all the DNA testing sites”

I’m sure the agreements people sign with the testing companies say the data can be released to the government as lawfully required. The big question is whether the government has real-time access to all the DNA databases. After what we saw with the Biden people installed at Twitter (pre-Musk) and on the Twitter payroll, we know the answer to that.

“The “cop” who went up the ladder was in shorts and off-duty with no weapon and no radio.”

That’s the first I’ve heard that. I figured when they wrote “cop” they meant active officer. Where did you see that?

Rapid DNA is a “swab in-profile out” technology that completely automates the entire DNA extraction, amplification, and analysis process. Rapid DNA instruments are able to go from a swab to a DNA profile in as little as 90 minutes...

This kid seemed like (forgive my term) idiot. Just one look at him and you know he had few friends. No one is coming out and saying, “I was his friend in high school.”

Two years out of high school and he is a dietary tech at a nursing home. That means he delivers food to the rooms. I am not saying that its not honest work, but it certainly does not suggest a high level of motivation.

I doubt very much he had “friends” with which he would have gotten in trouble with as a minor.

If we ever hear about his social media presence, you will see he focused on conspiracy theories and or extreme views.

I think he felt compelled to “rid the world” of Trump because thats what he had been getting fed.

This is likely the first political assassination brought on by “an algorithm.”

“60 years on there are still people who take the Warren Report seriously and consider the suggestion that Oswald did not act alone to be fighting words.”

You must have taken the wrong meds today. A few years back we watched a multi-part documentary discussing how Oswald did in fact act alone. The documentary was researched and hosted by two retired CIA employees. So now we have the facts! /s/

Seriously, that show does exist and I never believed a word of it.

For the shooter to be laughed off the rifle team and two years later able to do a head shot at 130 yards indicates training and range time. (Trump moved his head a split second before the shot went off, thus saving his life)

All Encryption used in the United States of America requires a patient and that patient requires the KEY be turned over to NSA, PERIOD. There is no KEY on any phone that cannot be opened by a government agency. Your local police department might have to ask the government to get and they go thru the FBI. This is total BS.

When I attended the class that upgraded my TS Clearance to CRYPTO, it was made very clear to all of us that any CRYPTO KEY is on file with the NSA. In fact, NSA controls all KEYING MATERIEL for all agencies. State issues to all tenants or their sister agency.

Yep, supposedly won honors at math and science...why no college? They are saying no mental issues, I call BS.

See my Post #125 about modern very rapid DNA testing. It's now down to minutes in a portable analyzer the size of two decks of cards attached to a laptop.

Re: brazenness

What gets me is that this attempt was the BEST the supposedly all-powerful Deep State could muster? With all their vaunted capabilities? The fact that it all looks so inept and so amateurish almost makes me think it COULD NOT be a Deep State op.

I think the word is “groomed.” This kid was groomed by someone to go after Trump. They wouldn’t be preparing just one, there are others out there. The left is desperate, time is short, and President Trump needs to be very, very cautious in all of his movements.

"Does anyone know [about rapid DNA tests]?"

I'm just a layman and know almost nothing about DNA testing, but a quick search found the information I added in Post #125. Portable DNA sequencers are now the size of a couple packs of playing cards, attach to a laptop, and return results in minutes.

Pretty sure I remember reading that DNA analysis takes 3-12 weeks (Nebula Genomics website).

“This was a Deep State effort to kill Donald Trump. This was likely signed off on by Biden (who issued an evil grin as he remarked Trump would have a bad week) and/or Obama and company.”

Signed off by which Biden....Jill or Joe.
I still smell Obama.
