Drag all those NY lawyers and judges into Missouri court and order them to attend each and every minute of the trial!

Probably not much one state court can do to the citizens of another state.

Every republican AG should be fighting back! Not just one.

“Probably not much one state court can do to the citizens of another state.”

So? It not like the DA’s had honest intentions or thought they could ultimately win in the first place. The point is to beat them at their own lawfare game. Make it so painful they won’t do it again. Every republican AG should file suit against the Lawfare DAs and any excuse to bury any other Democrat in lawfare.

Wasn’t this suit dismissed a few days ago on lack of standing?

He gave a great interview explaining this all on Mark Levin’s show last Thursday. The democrats aren’t gonna like his lawsuit.

I wonder if bailey is auditioning for the AG position in a Trump administration?
