This attack is a couple of weeks old; I haven't seen any reporting on this incident, conflicting reports exist on how successful the attacks were. The astounding part is supposedly the Houthis armed with sophisticated weapons from Iran have attempted to hit a moving tanker in the Mediterranean over 1000 miles away from Yemen. If the attacks are true and the tanker was actually damage in the Mediterranean that represents a major escalation in the wars in the Middle East.
Here are a couple of other links about the attack.

Seems to be some dispute over whether these attacks happened, or if they were in any way successful.
What is not in dispute is that the Suez Canal has been closed for 6 months by a terrorist group (with no navy) conducting a blockade.

There does seem to be some dispute over the attacks in the Mediterranean, if they turn out to be true, that is a major escalation when a country over 1000 miles away can attack shipping with some degree of success.

An Israel that balks at cutting off Gaza’s water is not nuking anyone. Heck, it won’t even execute Arabs arrested for terror attacks, and has not changed its laws on this even after 10/7. And unlike the US, there is no ban on retroactive legislation. That’s how Eichmann got his neck stretched, after being abducted from Argentina, at the ripe young age of 56. Paradoxically, the guy might have lived longer in Germany, where Germans voted to repeal the death penalty just so their vilest butchers would be spared, and even multi-decade prison sentences were whittled down to a single digit number.

Even more, it is not a country 1000 miles away, but a terrorist group.
