After Joe Biden's shout fest State of the Union speech Donald Trump suggested that Biden take a drug test:
Former President Donald Trump once again demanded a drug test for current President Joe Biden before their expected June debate.
This suggestion arose from Trump's accusation that Biden was "high as a kite" during his March State of the Union address. In front of a crowd at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner in St. Paul, Minnesota, Trump voiced his demand.
I am totally on board with that, thanks to Merrick Garland.
Garland was found to be in Contempt of Congress yesterday for refusing to hand over the audio recordings of SCO Robert Hur's interview with Biden. Garland is blocking access to the recordings after Biden invoked Executive Privilege over them:
WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden invoked executive privilege Thursday to keep the recording of his deposition about storing classified documents at his home confidential as House Republicans set two committee votes to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for refusing to release the recording.
The Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel determined the recording falls under executive privilege and Garland shouldn't be punished for following the president's order to keep the recording confidential, according to Carlos Uriarte, an associate attorney general.
The Office of Legal Counsel has long held that executive privilege extends to a "closed criminal investigation where disclosure is likely to damage future law enforcement efforts," Garland wrote to Biden on Wednesday.
Hur found that Biden was unfit for office:
In that report, Hur said Biden could potentially defend himself in court, if charges were recommended, by appealing to jurors as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
Biden seized on that immediately
Biden pushed back with a fiery news conference defending his acuity.
We don't know who is right (Actually we do) and we need to know if Biden is unfit for office. If he is fit for office, he is also fit for prosecution of violating the Espionage Act. This can be clarified with the release of the recordings. "You have the transcripts, you don't need the recordings", say Biden supporters.
That's a non-starter because the White House works furiously to sanitize Biden's remarks all the time.

It’s no secret that Biden is unfit for office. The left just don’t want to admit it yet.
The only secret about it is how many are in on the scam.

Jeff Sessions was twice the person Garland is and the left destroyed him. I wish he would have stood up to the Nazi bass turds. You don’t see that maggot Garland “recusing” himself from anything.
In the upcoming Trump/Biden debate, it’s obvious the Biden will slam Trump for being a convicted felon unfit for office, to me this is a perfect opening for Trump to counter with Biden is unfit for office because he’s suffering from dementia.
Trump should press Garland to release the Biden interview with the Special Counsel looking into the classified documents Biden mishandled. In that investigation the special counsel said they couldn’t prosecute because he was old and had lost his mind.
If Biden is truly fit for office which he will claim, Trump should demand the tapes from Biden’s interview be made public.
“Yet” is the key word. They don’t want Kamala as the incumbent.
Congress MUST apply the same standards that the DOJ used against Navarro and Bannon because they used the ‘Executive Privilege defense, just as Garland is attempting to use. He actually has set a precedent for his own arrest and trial.
Actually more proof that congress is not REALLY willing to take action.
If they wanted to, they could simply say the legislative purpose of the request is that they are considering whether or not to invoke the 25th amendment.
Garland cannot “hide” what is self evident; however, he is hiding corroborative evidence.
There is only one reason to apply executive privilege to something whose transcript has been released ... the transcript is not an accurate account of the interview ...
Secret? Dont think so. Most know biden has one foot in the grave. If there was ever a president who deserved the 25th, it’s Biden but since he’s a democrat, that will never happen.
Garland is simply playing politics.
And they really don't want to do that.
And that would be the best thing for Republicans to do. That’s playing hardball and that’s what it will take to get the rule of law back into balance.
Democrats from leadership to voters don’t care. They know Obama is the acting president. Biden is a stick figure. They would support and vote for Biden if he was encased in ice.
So where's are the Republicans?

Indeed. Garland is holding out for an USSC appoinment if Biden and crew can convince Sotomayor or Kagan to retire.
