A new article published in Rolling Stone magazine Monday accused the United States Supreme Court of being controlled by “right-wing” dark money interests.
“The Most Ridiculous, Right-Wing Supreme Court That Dark Money Could Buy,” reads the headline.
The magazine’s official X account wrote, “The Supreme Court has been successfully captured by right-wing, dark money interests. The result: a court that’s in your body, working to elect Donald Trump, and in-your-face corrupt.”
The author, Andrew Perez, claimed SCOTUS has reshaped “our laws and society according to their reactionary, far-right vision” over the past twenty years.
Touching on the fact that the court currently has a conservative majority, Perez wrote, “Right-wing extremists can impose their ideological and religious views on the rest of us — at will.”
Perez attacked Justice Clarence Thomas by falsely claiming his wife tried to “overturn” the 2020 presidential election, and Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. for daring to fly the “Appeal to Heaven” pine tree flag used by a squadron of schooners under George Washington’s Continental Army during the American Revolution.
Later in the hit piece, Rolling Stone nagged about several recent SCOTUS rulings that upset the American left without providing any insight into the constitutional reasoning behind the judges’ rulings.
The author eventually got to the meat of the article, alleging the court is a pro-Trump institution, and complaining about conservatives requesting it step in and rule on the recent Trump guilty verdict in New York City.
Trump recently called on the court to take action, writing on Truth Social, “The United States Supreme Court MUST DECIDE!”
Media outlets ran stories claiming Trump “begs” SCOTUS after he posted the message, hinting the establishment is afraid the court WILL side with the ex-president.
Ending the article with an extreme amount of unwarranted fearmongering, Perez told readers a second Trump administration would result in “rolling back reproductive rights, civil rights, and environmental regulations” in addition to “punishing” his enemies.
Meanwhile, the entire political establishment is trying to jail the presidential frontrunner and the Biden administration has imprisoned hundreds of Trump supporters in connection with Jan. 6th.
It’s clear the ruling class is terrified of being exposed and held accountable for the litany of crimes perpetrated against the American people.
They never have any proof of these allegations.
Its one of the very few institutions they don’t outright control - of course they hate it.

They always accuse us of what they are already doing. If they were being just they would have stepped in already and cleared the Republican candidate. Not letting them interfere with the election.
